We are like snowflakes,no 2 bandsters are completely alike. It is fine to get everyones input but call your doctor always. The nurses are use to the calls. You should find a doctor now while things are fine and not in crisis. It sounds like you had a typical pb but you don't want to vomit or pb. Your band can tighten up whenever it wants to but when you can't get fluids in you should call your doctor to inform them.

MorningFuneral that sounds great but only if you guys come along and help me. I need lots of help. LOL I was going to do another bootcamp once this one ended. How about a 2 month 10 pound BootCamp.

Yes I have and there are alot short. I wanted to post weights and measurements on the list and post it. I guess it is time to send the troops out again armed with pms to come check back in. I will get the list together by tomorrow morning 07hundred hours.

It's Monday we get to do it all over again. LOL I went to the gym Friday after work and Saturday. I did not go yesterday or this morning. I plan on going at lunch and after work today. I did go to a program for Weight for God. I like any type of weight lost support groups. By their scale I have lost a pound this week. LOL I will have to kick some butt today and tomorrow to get my TOPS scale down. I was shooting for 3 pounds this week but if I don't hit 3 I know will fall amoung the stars. I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. The only thing is on Weigh in day I start eating everything. Today I had cheerios and a banana for breakfast. Lunch will be salad and michelina lasagna thingy 260 calories I think. I will have to check.

You guys are too good to me. You guys keep me motivated. Thank You Avilla I ate a spoon about an hour ago. LOL I have skippy smooth peanut butter. Does anybody need some help or encouragement. Please let us know. This thread is open to everyone.

Thanks Turner and great job with the exercise and your resolve with the cake and ice cream is amazing. Smile when you say you are busy at work. This means you don't have time to munch and snack. Time2live have you ever thought about the depo shots to stop you period? Do you get prescription meds to help ease TOM? I'm glad it's almost over for you. We have the same band day, not date but day. I was banded July 8 2005. You are doing great with your weight lost. Just keep at it. I would exercise really good for a while then stop for a few months and then start again. I wasted valuable time doing that.

Josette that sounds like an excuse. What was your weight the last time you weighed. I weigh in on Tuesdays so I am reporting last weeks weight. Tann- come on now, don't follow Josette. Tape measure- borrow one or wal mart has them in the fabric section. Yep go measure yourself in the store this evening. LMBO OK whenever you get one. Until then get a string or cord and wrap it around you mark it and then take a ruler and measure that.

Oh now don't get me wrong here LapBand Fan (as I puff out my chest, flip my collar and rub my hair) I am a wonderful person.....to others. It is me that I don't always treat the best. Positives I love God. I am awfully cute. I can be the epitome of a people pleaser I'm pretty good on the computer and type pretty fast. Negatives-I'm trying to quit LOL These are all wonderful but where are my weight and measurements....HELLO

Hey it's not me, it who my signature says. All The Time There are so many times I can't think of anything nice to say about myself to myself. I call my self those negative names so many times in a day. So last year I siad instead of saying the negative stuff I will say postive things. There were times when I couldn't think of one positive thing I wanted to say to myself. So at those times I just give thanks and praise. So instead of saying I hate myself or hate what I thought or hate what I said. I say thank you Lord. I am my worst enemy sometimes.

Josette great job on the exercise and your dish is killing me. My favorite meal is ground turkey w refried beans, salsa and cheese over lettuce. My taco salad. yummo Tann we should have a daily prayer. Lord thank you for giving us another day. Lord thank you for daily forgivness and blessings. Lord please help us to forgive ourselves and to move forward. Although we may fall down, it is temporary and we can get back up. Lord help us to get back up and keep focused. Lord help us to lift each other up and give those words of encouragement so that we can all succedd and reach our goals. Thank you Lord and thank you Tann.
