    Whoa that is impressive....unjury. I've already had oatmeal w/cinnamon and brown sugar and a nutrigrain bar. Lot's of healthy carbs.

    Hi Barbara February 19 is the date but Karen will post by next week the location. This meeting will be a meeting and not a social so we can talk more. I agree we so have a lot of good news going on. Can't wait to see you.

    WOW look at that Kee posting. Well I'm sure I didn't gain 7 pounds by eating everything right. New Day sounds like the theme so I'm going with also.:think B: Honey nut cheerios/banana/2 strawberries 7am Munch On 2 Strawberries 8am 2 Strawberries /nutri grain bar (140 cal)9am L:Salad and hot veggies (steamed broccoli, carrots, cauliflower last night) Possible Munch On Yogurt D: Ground Turkery something...chili yes chili Additions:::::2 chicken nuggets, 8 fries, 2 slices bread, 3 strawberries, 2 spoons chicken salad, 8 potato chips I just need to do that, shake it off

    It's a new day isn't it.... well I weighed in last night and I am :xena_banana:.....I was totally :omg: when I saw the scale numbers. I gained, not only did I gain it might as well been a newborn baby....7pounds. I don't get it:confused:. I have been eating more vegetables, exercising without anyone whipping me. I am now back up to 418:faint:. I am totally disgusted but I am going to try not to let this throw me off because right now I just want to quit. I didn't exercise this morning, I haven't eaten Breakfast yet because I don't know what to eat. Maybe I'll just wait until I get hunger pains or just drink plain tea, Water and have a slimfast for lunch. I don't know what the hell to do right now. I'm still upset :think

    You go Carrie, swinggggggggg:faint:oopppps get back up Carrie. LOL So were you doing this in funk class? That should have burned some serious calories. J & L I pulled my stationary bike out the corner yesterday. I am going to put it back in the living room so I can ride when I am just watching tv. Stay on the treadmill because that is a no excuse workout. I am motivated now. LSasha, Kee, Connie, Karen, Carrie, Stocy, :grouphug:thank you guys for the inspiration to move and do better. I got a good work out this weekend raking leaves. I didn't feel it Saturday until but feel more worked muscles Sunday and even more today. I like that feeling, it let's me know I actually used some muscles. I'm still doing my crunch's. I know I have a lot of belly fat but muscle is muscle, hopefully those muscles will help to burn :flame:some of the fat around them.

    Sarge I gurantee you that your body will change. It is such a complex thing that you just can''t do one thing and expect a certain change. The body knows what to do. Do you watch the weight loss specials? People will work their tails off and lose nothing but you start seeing these changes such as cheek bones, small rolls(that would be me), oh yeah the big belly doesn't sit up as high, it looks like it fell down but it has to fall down before it can shrivle up:nervous . LOL Don't stress, just keep doing what are doing and you :director:WILL see it and feel it.

    Are you doing liquids now or are you still trying to eat. Do you have a local doctor? That was the biggest first fill I've ever seen, wow how did you feel after your fill?

    :flame: I felt the burn, I felt the burn. Last night my abs were a little sore, I was so happy and that was from the night before workout. So I got on the floor and did 140 crunchs, inner and outer leg lifts, push ups and stretches. I can't wait to workout tonight.

    Ohhhh exercise for yesterday .........Although I got home late and I just got through eating a piece of birthday cake with lots of icing, you know the end piece, I still got on the floor and did a little something. I did 140 crunches, outer and inner leg lifts, a few push ups and stretches. I like it when my abs burn. I can't see them but I know they are underneath all the fat burning :flame:off something. This is exciting!! I can't wait to exercise today.

    Look at skinny mini waving her flag.....she is doing really great...LSasha put the flag down. Hey Carrie you are not far. Do you want to walk this weekend? Let me know if so because Saturday is suppose to be really nice. My dear child has tutoring from 9 to 11 and a I am going to help a lap bander with rake her yard after that. I don't have any plans for Sunday yet.
