    I'd like to sit on whoever says WLS is the easy way out, and ask them do i fell any lighter. 7 months after surgery I'm stressing about gaining and losing weight, eating and exercise.....The easy way out of what....my butt:think I love my band and I'm glad I did it but it is not easy. Easy is sitting around eating what I want and poof the weight is gone and my body is perfect not sagging where the fat once filled it out.:faint:

I'm sorry you are were not feeling well Carrie. We both need to do better today. Yesterday was terrible for me. I did a lot of emotional eating. So of course today I want to starve myself. I went to Giant to get ice cream, that's how bad it was but insead I got cookies and a medium bag of chips. I need someone to knock some sense into me....except Stocky.:moony: Monday cereal oatmeal Tuna salad Cookies 100 cal per cookie about 7 of them Chips/dip Cream of chicken soup w/veggies over brown rice/stir fry veggies/eckridge sausage (small bowl)sliming Tuna salad (couple of forks) 1/2 bagel 1/2 slice ham Granola bar Tuesday 2 eggs 180 calories Protein bar 180 calories Oatmeal Slimfast yogurt Dinner Ground Turkey Spaghetti

    Sorry Kee it was a slow late morning and then it kept drizzling that wouldn't stop. Carrie that sounds like a great idea to walk after our next meeting. Go Karen- I'm going to walk in the living room when I get home. Are you ready for another walk away the pounds?

    You Go Connie, excellent, you got that metabolism going. :bananajump: Do you have a snack? You have to eat to keep the metabolism going. Think about you are going to have for dinner:confused: ....with a vegetable. Anymore chicken?...if so cut it up, saute it with some onions, add veggies and speghetti sauce, over a little Pasta. There's always shrimp.

    I walked yesterday, nothing else because I wouldn't want to build any muscle. No matter how much I say I'm not going to let the 7 pound gain affect me, it is.:target: I have not bee n exercising like I was.:bored

It's amazing what one wrong turn can do for you. LOL I really needed that and I will try to do it more often because I get off so early. :target: I understand the weather is actually suppose to get cold:smokin:. Anyone have any suggestions where to walk besides in a mall. Anybody up for walking in the rain? :rain: Stocky put that phone down unless you gonna call somebody.
