Yeahhhhh thanks for the update. Once she comes home liquid extra strength tylenol worked great for me. She needs to walk and sip water all day long and take her chewable vitamins. Good Luck

Marcelle you are now where from us. We walk together when the weather is really nice like it was this weekend. WOW it was beautiful. Haines Point is East Potomac Park near the Lincoln Memorial in DC. It is 3 miles around and there is no turning back. We have been doing it in about 1 hour. We walked at the track on Sunday and that might be better if you are walking with the baby in the stroller, that way you can stop if necessary or 3 miles is too much. TOPS Taking Off Pounds Sensibly is a weight loss support group that I love. I tell everyone with weight issues about them because it is a place you can go where everyone can relate to your weight issues. 5 of us from MD belong to TOPS now, it can't hurt anything. Check out the website, just search for TOPS for you local chapter. $23 a month and $3 a month in for dues, first visit is free because you are a visistor and you can join after that is you like.

lovecats you have to love you first before anything else can make you happy. I love you and a whole lot of people on this board loves you too. You have done a great job on your weight loss and getting a law degree. Come on now, girl you got it going on. WOW you are awesome!!!!!:clap2::clap2: Once you get your degree it will be time to find the job you want to utilize it. You wanna look good in that new suite so it sould like you need to get some exercise going on so the endorphines can kick in and give you some joy. What did you do for fun before school because you should be able to make some time for some fun after May and you will be able to put on some cute new clothes in a smaller size.:clap2::clap2:

OK let's see I lost my mind Saturday this is what I ate during the course of the day. 1/2 eggw cheese/2 spoons apple sauce 8:30 (stuck) apple and dip McDonalds 11am 1/2 burrito- pulled off most of wrap 12 2 slurpees 1 & 4 hot dog - no bun 2 bite of a burger 4 burger pattie wendys 5 trail mix 2:30 KFC mashed potatoes/chicken thigh 7 fresh pineapple 9 If anyone yells at me I will bite you!!!!! Sunday Trail Mix 8:15 & 11 & Ruby Tuesday 12 salad/burger only from a shared colosoul burger (stuck) D:Tiny pork chop/pasta (pb) jello jelly beans 2 spoons refried beans/sauce/cheese Monday B:Slimfast L:Slimfast D:refried beans/grd turkey/sauce/cheese

My PCP was very helpful and sent in her paperwork from my appts because we always discussed my weight and what I was doing. I've been a member of TOPS for a coupe of years so that says that I have been TRYING to lose weight and be healthier. Good Luck

WOW I feel GREAT:high5: knowing that I walked this weekend. Ladies THANK YOU:thankyou: ALL for the walking. LSasha, Stocky, Kee and my pookie :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I hope we can keep this up on the weekends. Coming together as a group :grouphug:really makes it my doable and enjoyable. The 3 miles on Saturday was forced because there was no turning back but I really didn't epect to see 3 miles because the car was so close at every turn but it was pretty easy because you guys were there.:dance: I just hope we will see it on or should I say off the scale come tomorrows weigh in.:whoo: Hey Marcelle maybe you can check out your local TOPS chapter, they may possible have a walking group you can join in on. Check your local walking spots and you can meet new walking partners or just take tht baby out for a stroll.
