    *When you get a fill, does your doctor pull out the saline solution to see how much is already in there before giving you a new fill.     I think Stocky will become an official mall walker......GO Stocky GO, walk it off and right into sizes smaller.:clap2: LSasha I went to your spot yesterday and walked around on the outside. I only took 1 trip around because I was drained for some reason.:faint: It is 200 steps shy of 2 miles on the outside but by time I got back home, I made my 200 steps. Carrie you are doing a great job, keep it up. It is amazing that you are still focused on your weight loss with all the balls :jaw:you have in the air.

    Oh yeah Friday fried fish :puke:and then later rice:puke:, nowing dag on well I can't eat rice at times. Saturday I did good, I went out and was scared to eat. I sucked some meat off of a rib bone and it was fine. :nervous I order fried jumbo shrimp because I was dying for it and the sides were cole slaw and fries so I changed that so mashed red skin potatoes and to motes w/balsamic vinegarette dressing which was the bomb. LOL:hungry: Oh Tanya I want to Damons down your way. Anyhow, I asked everyone to take a shrimp just in case, everything was good because I ate slow and didn't drink. I was shocked I had not drank even half of my Water once we were finsihed.

    Saturday is suppose to be 70 :flame:degrees .......:whoo: I feel a 3 mile walk :crutch:at Haines Point coming on. Who's in? We have 2 months before summer....:cheer2:.

    Motivation/Exercise

    I'm happy, I walked the halls a bit Friday and did aerobics Saturday morning. The most fun was walking with Karen, Connie, Keisha and Pookie Saturday. We walked about a mile and then did aerobics and danced for another mile in the parking lot. I'm sure we looked crazy but I bet we all have a weight loss this week. LOL I worked out Saturday evening......lot's of sweating. Sunday I did laundry so up and down doing that.....I was pooped last night and slept well. Today I hope to get outside and walk since the weather will be nice again. It was funny and it wasn't just going in a circle.
  16. Hey that wasn't too bad.....trying to read small print, 2 personal phone calls, 1 job request, 2 more calls, a coworker talking and emails. Ok yeah...that's life. (((((HUGGSSSS))))))) Let go of what you can let go of...guilt, other peoples negative comments, name calling, your girlfriend.... LOL, oh yeah your ex. Your focus needs to be on loving you. You need to make time for you to breath, pray and give it to GOD and no don't take it back, just let him have it becuase he want's to help you. Time management is important in life, you have to prioritize what is important.......HOME, what's at home, you, baby and hubby. If you are cleaning, playing with the baby or playing with hubby, you are exercising.....the results of exercise less time to focus on unhappy things and pople and food. Just my simple suggestions: Smile when you don't feel like smiling. Read Value in the Valley -Iyanla Vanzant (sp) Tell yourself that you love you everyday 2 times a day Give your husband a hug just in passing and tell him you love him (ego booster) Join local church and be an active member Join your local TOPS and be an active member You and your husband...together....will get rid of the current debt but remember if you are living you are going to have some, which is ok. Life is Short, enjoy it right now, this very moment, don't wait for other people because you just might miss out. A lot of people on 9-11 said they would start tomorrow and their tomorrow never came.

    OK I'm back and off the sugar for the moment. I don't know what happen Friday. The weekend wasn't too bad. I had more carbs then protein but I did a lot of exercise.....everyday but yesterday. I feel good about getting on the scale tomorrow. Monday B: Protein bar 190 S: boiled egg/apple 150 S: cereal bar 140 L: protein bar 200 D: salad/tuna salad (can we say pb) went for a walk and tried again D: 2 hot dogs 360 and beans (yummy stayed down) this will be changing as the day goes on

    We don't have a Sonic but are there any better choices there. Has anyone checked their website for the caloric content. Maybe there is a smaller version and you can take off 1 bun. I have made that a habit for at least 2 years now. I figure the calories in that one bun is better left in the trash then in me so I can wear it around forever.

    Hey ladies......... I did 13 laps late night.....YEAHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHH now I am going to figure out how many steps that was so I can find out how many miles......I'm back its 1 1/2 miles FMI (For My Information) 10 laps 2600 steps = 1 1/4 miles 7.6 laps = 2000 steps= 1 mile 1.9 laps= 500 steps= 1/4mile 1 lap 260 steps 15 laps = 2 miles

    Modified Protien Train

    That was good info. Tanya but it is just so tempting to stay with the high protein because you do see that quick loss. Just knowing that the long term damage to other organs isn't worth it. A week at a time sounds like a good idea Sasha, keep up the good work.
