  2. Thank you for noticing .....I only lost 1/4 so the numbers won't change this week. I'm ok with it because I understand how I did it. I wear a 32 and my clothes are really loose. I have actually gone to the Avenue lately a few times with the intent of finding out if my size has changed.:cry But I get scared and refuse to try anything on. I will look at things or hold them up and my mind is saying there is no way you can fit that. At least twice a week I say I am going to Catherines to try things on and then again I won't do it. I am just scared :omg: my size has not changed.....

    Puddin you had a donut....he he he I have 1.8 cc's restriction varies from person to person from day to day from hour to hour. It's tight sometimes and sometimes it's just right. Are you stuffing your pouch? If not your pouch is not stretched. Yesterday was a bad day. I ate to fast and I was trying to eat 2 eggs instead of 1. I was probably eating fast because I'm tighter in the morning and knew I should not have been eating it. Wednesday B:Water ( Can water start my metabolism? I really don't want to eat anything yet.) S:Slimfast/almonds L:jello/corn chips D:Big Beautiful Salad (hopefully) S:Protein Bar

    OMG first it is going to depend on your personality. I like for things to be light and have fun so when it feels like we are best friends with benefits. You can have fun together. You don't feel jelous. You can get over th stupid stuff quick and move on to more fun. When you guys do things for each other just because you want to please the other person. Again, like Wheetsin said sharing the same beliefs and values will truly make it last.

    Me Me Me Me Meeeeeee

    Somebody slap me.....I didn't loose my 3 pounds:think . .....but I didn't gain. I only lost .4 pounds a mere fraction 1/4 of a pound. A stick of butter is what I lost. Blame Game My foot was hurting and I did not walk as much. I was upset yesterday and I ate like a starving pig. I like to cook although I can't always eat what I cook. I was upset and watching the food network. ( I know that is a cardinal sin) I ended up cooking Eckridge Turkey Sausage with sauteed onions and greenpeppers and frozen greens w/one strip of bacon. Ummmmmm good (what was I thinking I ate barely anything all day because I have to weigh in) so I ate some more until my belly hurt. How stupid.....When I got home from the meeting I have this great apfinay (how do you spell that):help: I have 3 red potatoes, hey girl why don't you fix that with the sausage...ummmmm. Well my dear child had been in it so there wasn't much left so I cooked another sausage and boiled the potatoes a little just to soften them a little then added them to the sauteed onions in margarine and seasonings......did I say ummmmmm. Then I put the sausage over top of the potatoes and let it all steam together. Did I say I still was not real happy so I got a plate and proceeded to eat just a little and then went back and got a little more....oh well can you say slim......hiccup....pb and then I went to bed. This morning I am drinking Water until I get hungry then I'm having a slim fast then a Protein bar. The New Plan My foot is better so I will be like my good friend LSasha the walking machine. I will go to the track this evening and walk at least 3 miles, if I can do more I will. I am not really an evening walker but we will see. I love walking in the morning....oh wow so bright, fresh and happy in the morning. I will be walking Haines Point 3 miles Saturday possibly 2 times or 1 times and play a little fake tennis if someone goes with me. Sunday I will walk at the track. I need to start strength training again to ward off some of the sag. :blah: Wed- Track (at least 3 miles) Thurs-Track (4 miles) Fri-Maybe a break I will see Sat-Point (3 miles) Sun-Track (4 miles) Thank you guys for listening and being on my side.

    Awwww I am so sorry to hear about O. It sounds like you guys really loved each other. Take comfort in know O did not suffer long. I will keep Mo in my prayers.

Its a TOTAL COMMITMENT thread to the most important person you have --YOURSELF-- I the undersigned swear once and for all I will finally commit to truely taking care of myself with Water, food & exercise. I will not fail. I will do this. I PROMISE To exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I will get a calendar out & mark it everyday. I will walk or run. I will move my body anyway I can to burn enery. I will better my exercise time every 3 days by adding more minutes. I will eat less & more health than ever before. I will not buy fast foods. I will throw out the junk in my house.(My family can eat healthy with me:0) and or I will prepare my own meals as best as possible ahead of time. I will, I will, I will get all my water in everyday. Even if I have to drink 64oz at bedtime & pee all nite I will get my water in. The first time that happens I am sure I won't forget the following day:0) THIS IS LBT BOOT CAMP PEOPLE THIS IS OUR COMMITMENT If I faulter, I will not stop, but start IMMEDIATELY from that moment on to get back on track. NO EXCUSES. This is my time & I will see this promise through for MYSELF. I will check in on this thread everyday or anyday. I will post as often as needed to keep myself going. I will keep in mind that evertime I succeed at a day it will make the next one even easier. Soon I will be in habit mode & wanting to forever better myself. I will be Stronger! I will be Thinner! I will be Healthier! Most of all I will be so Stinkin PROUD of Myself! Time Commitment = January 1st to March 6th, 2006! Whats in a name? A HELL of alot! Signed & Committed I'll Succeed

    Oh my goodness, I love Junonia. Great quality and sizes are true and I'm 6'1". Go for it, that is where I bought my bathing suit from about 5 years ago and it still looks great. Check out their clearance section.
