    The grocery store unfortunately is my favorite shopping....I can fit everything there or at least I can fit eveything into me. I have been trying to stay away from the grocery store because I am addicted.

    I got another loose top on today. I remember I had to stop wearing this one because it was too tight. Today it is nice and loose. I feel like I am getting shorter because everything is getting longer. LOL It is amazing how the body just balloons out and takes up all the room in the clothes and then you deflate .....wow

    Other Options other than Shakes

    unjury is pretty good but you have to order it. They do sale samples if you just want to try them. The South Beach bars are delicious. If you like girlscout mint chocolate chip cookes, try zone perfect chocolate mint bars. I bought a box and they are great. They taste like chocolate min rice crispy bars. Go to target or Walmart or CVS and just buy diffrent bars on sale and just try them. We have a support group where everybody brought diffrent kinds of bars and shakes and we had a tasting party. We found out we really liked some and hated others. LOL Everyones taste is diffrent.
  12. I lost 2 pounds and now at 401....yeahhhhhhhhhhh. :clap2: I want to be the biggest loser!!!!!!! 68 pounds gone forever....I like the sounds of that. Have you ever seen someone happy about weighing 401 pounds. LOL:pound:

    Wow somebody is feeling a little lighter since getting a chunk taken out of their tukus..... My tukus is lighter .....my first official weigh in today is 2 pounds less......I am now at 401 YEAHHHHHH. Sarge my TOPS weigh ins are on Tuesday nights so I have to post on Wednesday.     I forgot to post today 2 scrapple, boiled egg white 110 protein bar, gatorade 400 trail mix, cheese 400 Lunch: Salad, 2 hot dogs Dinner: after weigh in IHOP popcorn shrimp maybe 1/2, 1/2 sausage and 1/8 pancake ummmmmmmm that thang sure was gooooooood Supper: light mint ice cream, few more popcorn shrimp

    Eating Too Much?

    Yeah, what Jessibear said....LOL You are not doing bad but you might want to cut back on the carbs. That way your body will metabolize some of the food quicker and you can still lose weight. Are you drinking any Protein shakes or Protein Bars. They are great because it is a Meal Replacement at about 190 calories. You eat lighter you feel lighter. As far as walking have you checked your local track to see if anyone else is strolling with a stroller...Also have you checked out your local TOPS Chapter....I know they have some walkers in their group that would love to walk with you. It's good to see you back.:clap2: We are goint to have to scheduled a trip :car:to Anne Arundal Mall to walk with you.
