I walked at the Point Saturday morning. I didn't want to get up and had a hard time getting out the house but I finally got there about 9. You know me 1 time around is all good 3 miles. There was a 5k going on at the time and they were going around the oppesite why then we walk. There were runners and walkers and most people said hi. A lot of them had on shirts that said Body by Kai and they wer so nice, they gave encouraging words as they went by. I didn't even feel like I was walking by myself with all of them down there.:clap2:

I bought a 10lb bad of potatoes ....only because they were 89cents. LOL but I have lost almost 6 of them....that is crazy. Dag I'm heavy......

Awwwww poor Rocky....I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother and LuLu. As someone else stated you were a blessing to LuLu in his/her last days.

Walking at the Pond yesterday and there were 3 big ladies sitting on a bench and they never moved and they didn't look real happy. I thought, that use to be me. I wanted to move but was afraid I couldn't without getting winded. I didn't want my fat jiggling all over the place and for people to see it. So I started at home. They say exercise 30 minutes a day. Now they say you can break that 30 minutes into 10 minutes 3 times a day. I was like well I can do that. So to get started, if you can walk.....stand up and walk in place for as long as you can.....20 seconds.......40 seconds......2 minutes....Good (I you can't walk or stand move your arms....punch them out in front of your raise them over your head 2 times.....4 times.......20 times) Repeat the walking in place for as long as you can 3 or more times a day and keep track of it. As this becomes more comfortable you should be able to walk for a longer period of time. Increase your time as you can.....5 minutes.....15 minutes Guess What you are Exercising YEAHHHHHHHHHH:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Every little bit counts.....move your body, it burns calories. If you really want to lose some weight WEE Water- drink your water, propel, crystal light, powerade.... Eat- samller portions (lean cuisines are perfect) Exercise- move your body however you can everyday

I thought I posted yesterday.....I lost 2 pounds. YEAHHHH now I'm almost there. I will be there next week for sure. I walked 3 miles yesterday evening......YEAHHHHHH!!!

WEE Exercise Roll Call Confirm all activity for yesterday please Karen & Connie walked around the pond.....you guys are married any more activity LSasha & Keisha tearing up the walkways at the Point in the am.....how many miles was that Stocky, me and Pooky walked 3 laps around Allen Pond I was still pumped and had a break and it was gorgeous outside so I drove over to the track and did 1 more mile with Pooky. On Allen Pond's website says the Pond is 1.7 miles around and since I cut the playground corner I will give it 4 miles. So I did 3 miles yesterday....Booya.....WEE

WEE Hey Puddinpie soooooo how much weight have you lost, in how much time? Do you weigh weekly? ljones I'm ocming to your house for dinner. Stocky that is when you were suppose to go get on the tradmill and just enjoyed the fact that you had a delicious meal that you wanted.
