http://www.unjury.com/ Try unjury unflavored. You can add this Protein powder to anything and this will help increase your protein and your calories. The flavored unjury is really good also. Good Luck with everything and don't stress about the 3 week hunger because you might not get it. You will be fine and the kids will keep your mind off any hunger. LOL :confused: -
I'm not doing it.....honestly I'm nervous about it. I'm scared I can't do it. I'm not a competative person. I did not register yet....ok that one is an excuse. I want more practice in but I will do a 5K before this year is over.:cry

Do you have a primary doctor? If so call them because no you should not be in that kind of pain. You should not have trouble breathing. Can you get fluids down OK?

Well have fun, you have been doing to great on your walking I would not stress about the calories if that is your concern. If you need new non drinkers because you want to quit drinking kool aid then you need to tell them you are not drinking and stick to your guns. Good Luck

The older ladies always have an afterparty but I don't think our group will be having one unless LSasha and Kee are going. My afterparty will be a McDonalds plain sundae.

Thank you Kee I noticed when I post it I try to hold my feet to the fire a little better. That is why I posted yesterday but my heart wasn't in it. No afterparty for me, it doesn't pay. I wanted to eat some of everyones omelette and at least 2 pancakes. LOL

HELLO:help: Ok it's weigh in night and what have I done.......0....I walked 3 miles Saturday and ate about 5,000 calories Friday. Huuuuuuu I would like to starve today hoping it will make a diffrence on the scale but I won't. I will be walking before the meeting this evening praying that will help. Self sabatoge knowing I only have 2 pounds to goal.....oh well I guess I will be on the scale in my underware:eek: . I will take the good or the bad and work like I did the previous week. This is only 1 weigh in. I still have 151 pounds to loose so this one day is not the end of ends. I will continue to do better everyday. :angry

Yes mam that is a normal occurance. 6 weeks is the usually number between fills. Your restriction may come back when you don't expect it. So be careful and keep eating like you were with restriciton.

Finally, you eat 2 shimp and upset that you can't eat the rest so you friend helps you out by eating the fries and I LET him have 1 shrimp :angry because I know before the night is over I WILL eat the other 5 shrimp.:hungry:
