    Hey Puddinpie, I saw your pictures and you are doing a great job... I usually only post my meals during the week. I didn't even have time to log on this weeken. Good job with your eating and the Protein is what helps to build the muscle that is why protein is so important. I like what you had for Breakfast yesterday. LOL My weekend was busy but here is an attempt at my food. Saturday Breakfast after walking 2 bacon, cheese, 1 tblsp sausage McD plain sundae broccoli salad, mashed potatoes, grd turkey, tbl sauge McD plain sundae BBQturkey leg, broccoli salad peppermint patty 160 Sunday Breakfast after walking B cheesestick, mandarine organge cup 160 L Ruby Tuesday 1/2 salad, 1/2 burger no bun, 1/2 cup fruit, potsticker, french fries S 1 reese cup, 1/2 kit kat bar, 1 hershery bar LOL (about 400 cal) D potato salad 1/2 cup, ground turkeyw/cheese 1 cup Monday B Protein Bar 210, 1/2 protein shake 150 L Some general Tso chicken :kiss S McD Cookies 3, plain sundae 1/4 D ground turkey w/cheese

    Encouragement Needed

    Sombody will give you the real speech but here's my 2 cents. Get some green veggies in your diet. Refried beans, salsa, sour cream, 2% cheese is a great protein filled meal. Movement is exercise, so keep moving your body in any and everyway. YOU CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT :brick: WHAT 16 POUNDS GONE :cheer2:YEAHHHHHHHH:cheer2: YOU ARE DOING A GREATTTTTT JOB SO KEEP IT UP .......AND OUT Oh yeah Unjury is delicious but you have to order it on line. Slimfast optima is good also.

  18. I am no where near my goal but I am 58 pounds away from my heighest weight. I physically feel beter, I feel better about myself, I feel like there is hope, I am beginning to live life again, I want to go out, I am thankful for restriction I like getting smaller instead of bigger I love seeing myself change inside and outside Good Luck

    OK I peeped the Ruby Tuesday menu and I know what I'm getting:hungry: .....the salad bar and something to share........ oh yeah and some Water w/lemon. Maybe Kee will share her tea with me......oh yeah Kee the little store still did not have anymore berry tea but I will check today. If they have it I will get you one.:brick: My itenary for Sunday is Walk 9am Steps Across America 10:30am Support Group Meeting 12 Possibly Sudan Rally on the Mall 2pm-4pm (more walking) Eat/wash hair/veg in front of tube so that means I need to wash clothes on Saturday....TMI

    uhhhhhh.......putting the burger king food behind my back.......uhhh xann welcome and thanks for posting:) . I think it is an excellent way for us to learn from ourselves and each other. I see you drink most of your meals on the weekend.....:pound: .....at least you know where your calories are coming from. Do you find drinking is a problem? If not try to make someone who you go out with responsible for reminding you how many calories is in the drinks and hopefully you will choose the lesser evil. How about those 70 calorie drinks..... ..do they taste good, try to go with those but only a few. Do you cook? You need to start cooking (kee:rolleyes: ) so you can have meals ready and waiting for you. That is so funny ex-lax burgers......and I have to remember that TOPS goal also. It seems the more exercise I do the more I want to eat but I am trying to eat better foods instead of the fast food.....well except right now.:nervous Fri B: :hungry: BK sausage patty 200, french toast sticks 470:crazy: L: tea, veggie salad D:grd turkey, lettuce :brick: ouch who threw that!!!!!
