    Thanks lapband fan.....is the Sarge gone.....:heh: .......she is....... he he he That's right Stockymd get your butt back in line.....you gotta problem taking orders from me..... oh I thought I heard Sarge..:faint:....Alright troops.....wait a minute where is that big stuff the Sarge use.....Stocky did you take it......where is.....oh here it is.... :devious SARGE "T" HERE:devious I am going to hold it down until the Sarge gets back. It's going to be a rocky road people. We have mother's day come upon us. So there are a lot of you mother's out there expecting a lot of good treats on that day. Remeber it is 1 day not a week or two so DON'T come back here talking about you just couldn't stop eating the beautiful:cake: cake the kids baked, bought, borrowed or stole. It is ok to have it that day but until that day add 10 minutes of exercise each day.....drink an extra cup of water....add another veggie to your meal plan. If someone ask you, what do you want for Mother's Day?..... your response is :speechlesWILLPOWER!!!!! Everyone here is here for a reason.....to lose weight. We know what we have to do.....:director:WE HAVE TO WEE WATER (how much did you drink) EXERCISE (how much did you do) EAT RIGHT (where are you vegetables) WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO......

    Ok now for my food. Let's see Red Lobster last night and today something light. Friday B: Beef and peppercorn Lean Cuisine 220 calories (ummmmm delicious for breakfast):eek: S: FF fudgesicle 70 L: Sweet and Sour Chicken Lean Cuisine 300 calories (can't wait):clap2: D: Ground Turkey (leaving to find calorie count BB........ ok about 230 )

    Xann I love CalorieKing also. I will go on a search to find out how many calories I am consuming with my ground turkey and I will measure it just for you....well I guess I need to know also. Keep up the great job you are really doing well with your posting and exercise. Like Puddin said 3500 caloires equal a pound weather you eat it or burn it.:clap2: Puddin no one has crabs but LSasha.....dungeness or alaskan.. hehehe:confused: pudding and Kee stop playing with the fruit like that.:eek: Telly breath, just breath, it's only fruit.....don't do it!!! OK ladies enough of the fruity sex .....now stop playing with your fruit and eat it. No one should that. hehhehe

    OK guess what....I had red lobster last night and it was goooooddddd. My restriction was sitting across from me at another table but I didn't recognize who it was. soooooo I was eating slowly hoping not to run in to restriction and I didn't. I had 2 biscuts, about 20 shrimp, some skinny fries and after waiting some rice. OMgoodness that wild rice was some kind of good. I end up having 2 more biscuits before it was all over. I think the biscuits got smaller.:clap2::clap2:

    Heyyyyyyyyyy I got a new NSV this morning. I have not been wearing rings but I decided to put on this ring that I could only wear on my ring finger and sometimes that would be tight but I put it on and it was so loose. Without thinking I put it on my middle finger and it went right on. You should have seen the stupid look on my face and I smiled all the way to work see a glimpse of the ring while I drove. :rolleyes:rolleyes: :clap2:

    Who Wants to Walk

    Kee the toe is healing,:crutch: I had a blister on the second toe and it is still swollen but feels a lot better then yesterday. I have already danced and marched around the office today. Today I will be just moving my body and walk at home to the Walk Away the Pounds Tape, hopefully while Karen is doing hers. The week flies by when you have goal to meet. Are you doing 1 or 2 laps Saturday? I could try to meet you for the second one if you are doing it. Thank you Stocky

The other picture was smug but this one is inviting....:wave: Wheetsin I knew you would be in those pants soon but 53 pounds WOW:eek: Poor waterlily you will get through this. Just think, the weight loss is releasing all those raging hormones and you just have to let them out.....just make sure no one else is in the room.     Me Me Me Me Meeeeeee

    This weeks plan. My big toe is feeling better and healing but the second toe to my surpise was swollen and sore yesterday because it also had a big blister on the bottom. I popped that and kept it elevated yesterday to get the swelling to go down. It is still tender today and almost normal size.:crutch: Wednesday - none:) Thursday- 2 miles at hm and floor exercise Friday- 3 miles Saturday 3 miles (more later to make for toe days) Sunday 3 miles Monday 3 miles Tuesday- 3 miles
