    Hey Telll remember I can't weigh in on the weekend but I weigh on Tuesday's. I lost another 4 pounds this week....WHAT WHAT.....YEP YEP...HE HE HE HE HE...I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP LAUGH AND TELLING PEOPLE. MY FINGERS HURT!!!! HE HE HEHE

    Lisa I am so sorry you can't lose any weight right now...he he he....no that wasn't me laughing. You go girl, eat something for me too....a burger king meal 3 times a week will keep it on you. Good luck seriously.

    I walked yesterday....yeahhhh and it paid off......Lost 4 pounds this week. I am so happy that I will try to walk a little more then 3 miles a day this week.

    Thank you people.. Hey guess what....our very own Crystalstar lost 7 pounds at TOPS last night. Can you believe it.....she is doing her thing, she is eating Breakfast, drinking Water, planning her meals and whatttttt WALKING. He he he he Connie lost another 2 pounds:clap2: Pookie lost another 2 pounds:clap2: LSasha lost.......she will tell us what:clap2: Stocky lost 2 pounds this week Kee is out of town but working her butt off:clap2: I lost 4 pounds ....yeahhhhh I have met another goal.....I am under 395.

    beautifultina God is awesome.....now you are not only getting to move into a nice brand new place you are also paying a significant less amount. A move can be stressful but the hard part is over, just finding a new place. You are not a band failure because it looks like you use to weigh 308. Girl that is succcess, that is on the road to recovery. You know what you need to do.......Water, workout, and eat for the band. fergusoncd540 congratulations on your surgery date. If you are ready for a change, make it today, don't wait for June 12. Read the boards and live like you are banded....protein shake for Breakfast, start trying Protein bars so you will know what you like for a snack, start looking for other protein filled Snacks,drink your Water, and start walking. I am so thankful for this thread. You guys are a real blessing to me each and everyday. I will continue to pray for all of you guys.

    SARGE "T" HERE shoresexy congratulations on your big achievement....I know how you feel...we have a hundred pound diffrence but it is all the same....BIG WOOOHOOOOOO FOR THE 200'S:whoo: Good Job Stocky...2 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. That was 7,000 calories that were burned off. Congratualtions on joining the softball team.     I am going to walk today but I don't think it is going to be all the way around......I'm having mental issues. Anyhow, MY GROUND TURKEY CALORIE COUNT IS .....drum roll.:eek:...............APPROXIMATELY 230 CALORIES FOR 4 OZ.
