398 Now Lose 14 pounds during May I think I will be getting a fill at the end of the month. Lose 14 pounds during June375 by July..... 22 more pounds gone for birthday and bandiversary..:bandit I can do this......getting there with you guys support is great :humble: Now at 394 5/9/06 19 pounds to go 375 __________________

Can someone tell me why am I trying to eat a sausage biscuit for breakfast. I have yogurt, pickle, crackers, milk, I forgot the cereal.....what was I thinking, obviously not a meal. Biotin is what I take. One pill a day and I can see the diffrence right away. If I stop taking them for 2 or more day, I also see the diffrence. LOL Thanks for the pills LSasha.

It's making me hungry and I'm eating. I really want some onion.....yummmmm. That's me too NJChick My favorite onion dish is to cut up lots of onion, sautee them in a stick of butter, add cooked rice and wistorchire sauce.....OMG that is an orgasm. Lot's of onions are needed for this one.
