Hey, you guys look awesome. Don't wait for those people to say something just keep doing what you are doing. People get intimidated by driven poeple. You guys are driven.....KEEP IT GOING!!!!!! Needless to say after they saw you all, they wen't home and started cleaning out the refridgerator.

Hey roseann, great job on the 54 pounds lost. You go girl!!! I have seen best results when I keep a food journal, exercise journal, water journal and weekly weigh in......All of these things are for accountability and I can see if I am putting all of the components together to make this thing work. If you are picking food allday, it is real easy to pick a couple of hundred caloires. Are you exercising? I pick a lot, that is why the lean cuisine meals are working out well for me. It is helping me trememdously with doing a balanaced meal and portion control. The meats in lean cuisines are very tender. You need to chew extremely well no matter what you eat. As far as the rice, if I am having one of those days where it won't go down, I just won't eat it or I may have a meal with just meat and veggies or the meatloaf and potatoes...melts in your mouth and very few calories. You can't be afraid of all carbs all the time if you are doing low carb.

I have walked 32 miles:eek: so far this month (15). I can't believe it!! Crystalstar, Connie, LSasha, Kee, Stocky, Puddinpie, Sarge, Telly, 3loves, shoresexy, Barbra....Thank you guys for walking with me and the virtual walks.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

I have to say I am excited about weighing in tomorrow.:whoo: I'm in the groove of this walking now and it feels good. I really want to add more but once TTC begins I know it will help. I see my body changing a little at a time but I love seeing the numbers coming down on the scale. 459----398---394--- and tomorrow is going to be 390 then 389--385---380---379---375 I just like looking at that number. My birthdayand bandiversary goal 375. At last weight in I was 19 pounds away. :Banane09:Tomorrow should be 15 pounds away. I can do this. I have 54 days to my bandiversary. Thank God for all of my support:grouphug:, LBT, MD LB Suuport Group, my child, my friends. They keep me motivated!!!

Wednesday 3 miles-DONE with the hot shirt on and with Crystalstar, Connie and the baby.....thanks guys....my feet hurt. Thursday No walking....threat of rain.....floor exercise Friday 3.1 miles - did 3 miles Saturday 4 miles - did 3 miles (walked w/Jackie) Sunday 6 miles- did 3 miles + 2 later (walked w/Karen and then Kee later) Monday 3 miles - suppose to rain ? 5/15 Tuesday 3 miles

:clap2: WEEKEND WALKING and REWARD :clap2: I am very happy to say I walked Saturday and Sunday. 3 miles Saturday morning. 3 miles Sunday morning and went back and walked another 2 after a late breakfast. THANKS KAREN AND KEE!! YEAHHHH and for my reward I tried on clothes.....can you believe it....YESSSSS I DID!!! I took it slow and picked up workout clothes and tried them on. I was very pleased to find several sale items. LOL

Saturday I don't remember Sunday- Very Vivid B:4 sausage, 3 bacon, 2 pancakes (ummmmmm) L:teriyaki chicken on a stick (1) S: 3 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches( he he he he)(450cal awwww) D: 1 chicken leg...later grapes, bowl of cereal Monday B: Lean Cuisine Steak tips portabello 180 cal S: Granola Bar 140 L: Lean Cuisine 220 12pm S: 1/2 bag baked cheeteos 130/diet tea 1pm, SB bar 210 (2:30pm) D: wendy side salad (5:30pm) 5 meatballs, 1 wingette, slice cantelope 300(6:30) Lean Cuisine(9pm)(enchelada (sp) yuck)270, bowl of cereal 200 About 1650 calories

This thought is stemed from Delarla's thread "The Greatest Gift..." I challenge everyone to make one phone call, send a card or bake some Cookies for someone you don't normally get in contact with. Do this for someone who looks like they have everything or someone you know who needs a pick me up. Encourage someone who is on a diet to keep up the great work. I love this one. It feels great when someone calls me just to say hi or I was thinking about you.

I thought my eating was worse then it was yesterday. I had about 1200 calories yesterday. It just wasn't meals. So today I took the time to go get a LC meal 150 calories and I have 2 salmon cakes, hopefully I will only eat one. They are about 100 calories a piece so it is really ok but I did not walk yesterday so I want to keep my calories down. I did do floor exercise last night and I will walk today.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I forgot my dag gone shirt again. I need to put one in the car so I don't forget.
