394--- and tomorrow is going to be 390 then 389--385---380---379---375 I just like looking at that number. My birthdayand bandiversary goal 375. At last weight in I was 19 pounds away. :Banane09: 394, 393, 392, 391, 390, 389....... {375 July 4/8} So far 35 miles of walking this month. MAY I'm EXCITED...I am just so pleased at what I have accomplished. 459- 394 WOW I'm below 400, I am so happy, I can walk for 3 miles and not die, I can say no to food. I feel like I can do so much more now. I use to sit and think about exercising and now if somone says let's walk.....:bolt: I would be gone....to sit somewhere else. I feel energized and I want everyone else to feel the same way.

395 gained a pound. I won't go through the excuses again because I feel good about what I have accomplished so far. I guess I can't expect to lose 4 pounds every week:confused: Anyhow I will step it up this week so I can see those 5 pounds gone so I can see....WHAT......389. I will we try to get in 2 days of 5 miles and 3 days a week of floor exercise.:paranoid -
I had an unofficial weigh in yesterday.....+1 pound. Here is the excuse I drank a 16 ounce lemonade and ate a rice crispy treat right before I weighed. OK nevery mind that was just wrong. All the dang calories in the lemonade are just rediculous. Needless to say that will be gone next week. I am looking at a 5 pound lost next week. YEAHHHHH I have walked everyday this week and have don 38 miles so far this month. You should walk 5 miles a day or 10,000 steps. I am shooting for this goal. Wednesday 3 miles-DONE with the hot shirt on and with Crystalstar, Connie and the baby.....thanks guys....my feet hurt. Thursday No walking....threat of rain.....floor exercise Friday 3.1 miles - did 3 miles Saturday 4 miles - did 3 miles (walked w/Jackie) Sunday 6 miles- did 3 miles + 2 later (walked w/Karen and then Kee later) Monday 3 miles - no rain did 3 miles (glad it's done, 3rd toe huts, blister busted) Tuesday 3 miles suppose to do 3 w/friend and then 2 more after weigh in(did it 3 miles but I did not do the 2) I think I am up to 38 miles walked this month. :clap2: :clap2: OK here we go another week for me for goals!!! New goals - I want to do 2 days of 5 miles at least/add 3 days of floor exercise Wednesday -I want to take a break today but we will see. 3 miles Thursday 3 miles Friday 3 miles Saturday (5K) Diabetes Walk Sunday 5 miles Monday 3 miles (Take The Challenge begins so that's 1 hour of exercise) Tuesday 3 miles

Don't get discuraged you already made the hard decision to have the surgery so now WORK IT GIRL. Find your motivation and move it. Are you setting short term goals? Good job, make a promise to yourself and stick to it, come back here tomorrow and let us know for sure that you did it. skinnymini look at the package to find out the carbs....hello... Eat a salad with every meal, try some light Soup, just 1/2 cup and then eat what you think you want. Just a little bit though, then get up and get away from the table. Wash the dishes, walk around, something to let your mind know you are finished and full.

Thank you Lisa!!!! I am so in it now. I feel so good about what I am doing. Thank God for all of you. You get from people what you want to get and I am taking all the postive from everyone. LSasha and Keehari really have motivated me to walk. Since walking eveything is coming together. WOW it feels awesome, it a since of accomplishment. I am so sorry you have hurt yourself, please rest. You may not want to be your body needs it. Just stretch so you don't get stiff, eat your veggies and drink your water so Orlando can have fun with you. LOL

Great thinking on the dog to walk with. Did you check out your local TOPS? RNY doesn't mean you eat right, you don't eat. It sounds like you can eat too much so you should look into getting another fill as soon as possible. (Just because you can eat does not mean to do so). If you are paying for a gym membership, you need to set a goal to get back in there, even if it is for 30 min after you get off from work. WOW I am so sorry you are feeling this way but I think we all go through it. Putting all t he negative aside. If you want someone to tell you what to do, I'm pretty good at that. There are some folks in here that call me momba. hummmm I didn't get any momba day gifts. Don't be depressed, depression is what help you gain weigh in the first place. When are you coming to a supoort group meeting? I think I have sent you my number before but if you want it again pm me. I will gladly talk to you.
