1 2 3 3.5 Track 2 Tucker Rd 4 3 HP 5 TTC and 2 parking lot 6 7sweating cleaning a freinds house 8eating pork chops (pop) 9 I will exercise tonight:D 10 nope 11 walked at track 2 miles (then picnic):cool: 12 2.5 miles at TTC:clap2: 13 14 15 16 17 HP 3 miles 18 Watkins Park 3.4 19 TTC 20 21 22 1 1/2 hrs pool 23 30 min pool 24 2 miles STrack 25 2 hrs pool 26 TTC 25 miles of walking for the month of June....that is pitifull.

You are a mess......ROFL.....I should have taken a picture this pass weekend. I refused to do the laundry and made my 13 year old do it. It just happen to be the one weekend she was sick. I was determined not to do them and it took her 2 1/2 days to do it and the bedroom had clothes every where. CHALLENGE.....SOMEONE CALL ME AND MAKE ME DO MY BEDROOM THIS WEEKEND!!!!

I'm sorry did I say 68, oh that was so yesterday....that would be 71 pounds. Weight loss is a great way to bring a smile to your face and joy back into your life. Thanks Stocky for thinking about me.:hug:

You wanna pb ok go eat a dry chicken sandwich, drink a bottle of Water and then eat a hot dog with a potato roll......do this at your own risk....warning pbing is dangerous to your band. Patience is a virtue, have you ever heard of this one or Good things come to those who wait. If you work with your band it will be worth it. Keep doing what you are doing, eating right and exercising. Are you journaling your food, I find that really helps to see the calories I'm taking in. Once you are able to get your fills, the restriction will come ....and go but you will get that fill that is just right and you won't be able to eat everything that you can now. It took time for the weight to pile on and it takes time for it to fall off. Good Luck

I had a pickle yesterday and I have 2 pickles for snack today.

Saturday- It began raining when I left home, so I went to the track. There were people there so I said if they can do it so will I. I would stop if it rained harder but the rain and cool breeze felt so refreshing. I kept walking. I did 3.5 miles and wanted to do more. Some folks left the track but more came. I like that... I have not been walking due to the heat (excuse) but my body responded well to the rest. Later that day I walked again with Crystalstart 2 miles at Tucker Rd Path. Sunday- 3 mile walk at HP w/Crystalstar I felt great, we took a break by the water and it was just an awesomely, beautiful day. I felt so good that near the end I would job a tiny bit. I felt good to have the extra energy at the end. WOW I hope next weekend is as beautiful and cool.

Saturday- 3.5mile walk at the track (I felt great, drizzling, cool breeze....ahhhhh) 2 miles later with Crystalstar at Tucker Rd Path Sunday- 3 mile walk with Crystalstar w/invigorating break (just sat by the water....ahhhhh)

I have a short attention spand so I did not read but as for the title. Am I Rich, yes......family, friends, joy from within, the ability, think, walk, talk and so forth and I am truly rick for knowing each and everyone of you. I have learned something from everyone here in LBT. I love all of you in God's special way.....believe or not.. : )
