Hi all, new to this so apologizing ahead of time if this is similar to a previously answered question.
One week post op gastric sleeve surgery here. I'm having a huge problem with the chewable Calcium citrate! The taste, texture and gritiness is making me phsycially ill, to the point where I throw up. I found a petite form of the NON CHEWABLE made by citrical and it says can be absorbed with or without food. I'm wondering if anyone has tried them as an alternative? I've left a message with my surgeon and nutritionist and thought I'd post here while I wait for a call back
