    I met for my pre-op appointment today, and I start my two week liquid diet tomorrow. I'm so excited, but yet worried that I will fail. As with previous weight loss attempts, I had all good intentions. I'm going to be band and determined to succeed!! What did you not crave after you were healed from surgery?

    Thank you! I'm glad I made the decision. I've been wanting this since 2008. The struggle is real, but I know I will get to the top of the mountain.

    Staying away from aspartame

    Both my parents had aspartame poisoning. Gum is the worst for you, so I chew aspartame free gum. I ordered some pudding and jello from a brand called better bowls. I hope it's good, and I will post a report after trying them.
