    Dizzy spells

Dehydration is a real strong contender in the dizzy spell fest post op along with possible low blood sugar or pressure. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids and take a little more time when you stand or sit up. Hope you figure it out soon.

Feeling Like im doing something wrong

Unfortunately stalls happen regularly and the closer you are to goal the longer they seem to last, I know of a couple people that have been in stalls that lasted up to 8 weeks. Just remember as long as you make all the right choices and start moving once you are okayed to do so, it will come off.. I promise. In the meant time take measurements and give the scale a vacation. It can completely deflate you and is not a reliable source of progress validation.

    9months out help

I am only 6 months post op but sometimes the best way to break a stall is to up your calorie intake for a few days with some healthy choices.. I know it sounds weird but it does work. If you need to cut back on the carbs, cravings and unwise choices then a liquid reboot is a great idea.. so you may want to try upping your intake if the liquids option doesn't work for you. Also your body can become robotic in it's exercise if you do the same thing every time so consider changing it up or try interval training.. Good luck.

Am I really making the right decision?

I believe that everyone feels the way that you do prior to surgery at some point or another. Everyone's experience is unique both pre and post op. I cancelled my surgery because I felt I was doing so well on my own maybe this time I could be successful. The moment I pulled back I put on 12 lbs in 4 weeks. I phoned my clinic that day after I stepped off the scale and had my surgery little under 2 months later. I don't regret having cancelled the first surgery because at the time of surgery I had already dealt with all of my 'what if's' and was certain that I needed the extra help to change my life. I am now 6 months post op and so grateful that I decided to go ahead with it! Only you know what is best for you, just do your research of both the procedure and everything that goes with it and of your doctor and his team. A lot of the post op complications could be better prevented or more effectively treated if you choose the right team. Also prepare to be your own advocate if something does feel wrong then insist you keep pushing to get satisfaction. Good luck!
