I first heard of apple bottom jeans when I heard Flo Rida's song "Low". I love that song! I didn't know what they were either until I looked it up online. They'll probably be out of style before I would feel comfortable enough to wear a pair, lol!

I've heard of muffin top! Believe me, I have one too! That's why I wear long shirts, lol! I loved David Cooks' new hair-do! I thought it looked great on him. I hope it's Ramiele! I don't think Simon would change his looks for anyone! I think he's pretty set in his ways, lol! LOL!

I'm in! I just joined my local YMCA today and I go for my orientation tomorrow morning, I'm soooo excited. So far, I've lost pretty consistantly without exercise, but the weight loss has really slowed down for me. I am going to shoot for 24 hours for the month of April. Good luck everyone!

I would ask again to see if there was a misunderstanding somewhere. I eat everything you listed, in moderation of course. I eat nuts for snacks on many days, I love them. Lettuce is sometimes harder for me to eat, but not always. Luncheon meats can be higher in sodium, so maybe that's why your doctor doesn't want you eat that, I dunno. Fresh fruit and raw veggies are very healthy, I can't understand why you couldn't eat them if you can tolerate them.

My hubby loves the Totino's pizza! He would rather have that than delivery. He eat's it a lot!

A little off topic, but it kinda sound like a movie I saw on Lifetime the other day. Alyssa Millano was in it, it was called "Wisegal". She got involved with the mob and was smuggling money accross the border.

Hey guys, I think I am going to take a break on low carbing for now. I just can't get back into the swing of it so I am just going to focus on eating healthy foods and watching my calories. I am going to add in fresh fruit and more veggies. I will still probably stay away from bread. I've been eating some Kashi crackers too and I love them. I am joining the YMCA today and I am excited to start working out. I think that will help me out a lot. Good luck to all of you, I wish you the best!

I heard that too! I wasn't exactly sure what she said, but I heard the word Spanx. I wondered if I missed something and wondered if the media was saying she was too chubby or something. She definitely isn't too chubby and I don't think they should focus on looks so much. Take Kelly Clarkson for example, she sometimes wears outfits that don't show her best qualities, but it hasn't effected her music career at all. Even so, she still looks gorgeous to me and her voice is still the same as always, freakin fabulous!

I agree that Carly could do a little better in the wardrobe department, but I just think it's a little hypocritical that Simon dissed her wardrobe when he could obviously do better himself. Missy4gordon, I agree with you about Ramiele. What is America thinking?

I love this dip! I nuked 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese in the microwave for about 20 seconds and mixed it with some of the dip and it made a nice little topper for my Bocca Burger patty. It would work well for a chicken breast too! If I could handle steak, I would mix the dip with a little bit of blue cheese for a steak topper!

Congratulations Sherri! I voted for you and I am sooooo glad you were able to win some prizes. I was worried that you wouldn't be able to take home a prize because of your band. Whoooo Hooooo! You deserve it!

So, what did you guys think about their performances last night? Simon was really in a pissy mood! He said he liked country music, but every season when they do country music week, he's like this. I think he hates country music and just doesn't want to admit it on national television because Carrie Underwood is doing so good and making them lots of money! I've never been a big fan of David A, but I really liked his performance last night. Ramiele needs to go home! I hope she's the one to leave this week. Brooke, Carly, and Kristy's performances were okay. David Cook and Michael Johns did really well to me. I thought Jason Castro did much better this week. Syesha had another boring performance IMO. BTW, I was a little shocked at Simon's comment about Carly's wardrobe. I thought that was sooooo rude. I mean, C'mon...........he always wears jeans and a black or grey shirt. How much more boring can THAT get!

I really hope that both of the girls can be in the finals. I hope it's Kelly, Ali, and Mark. I don't want Roger to win. The girls will have a better chance if Mark goes to the finals. OMG, the bawling brothers were ridiculous last night. They need to quit their day jobs and go join Alison Sweeney on Days of our Lives, they would fit right in, lol.

I feel the same way about pizza now. I used to LOVE it, especially the thick crust kind! The doughier, the better. Now it just doesn't even appeal to me. I will occasionally have a thin, crispy slice of pizza but it's just not the same.

It taste good to me. I can't tell a difference in the taste of them. But then again, I've been using the Altern for so long, I really don't remember what splenda taste like. I think it's pretty much the same.

Great idea! Does celery go down pretty well for you? I have not tried it raw since being banded because it's a little stringy and I wasn't sure how it would go down.
