    Hi everyone! I've only exercised a few times since the last time I posted. 2 c25k workouts and 2 swims. I got sick and found it hard it get going again. Another c25k scheduled for the morning. Hope everyone is doing well!

    Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing well! I started week 2 today and it went really well. It wasn't near as bad I thought it would be. I got a MUCH needed fill today. I was only missing .75cc this time. This is soooo weird. Sometimes it's only a little missing and sometimes it's a lot. I am now going every 2 weeks for measurements and adjustments...until the hospital gets the "documentation" it needs. Who knows? How is everyone else doing?

    Hi guys! Yesterday I ended up resting. Today I started week 2 of C25K and it went really well. So, 30 minutes on C25K and I might swim laps later this evening...not sure yet. Hope everyone is having a great week!

    Yesterday: B'fast~ coffee, then 5 oz greek yogurt and 1/2c blueberries Snack~ Fiber Plus Antioxidant cereal bar Lunch~ Salad (lettuce, blueberries, almonds, dried fruit, light dressing) Dinner~ Tuna stuffed mushrooms Snack~ 2c watermelon I got a MUCH needed fill today, so it's liquids today and tomorrow for me :tongue2:

    Yesterday: B'fast~ water Lunch~ 1 thin slice baked ham, 1/4 c field peas, 1/4c green beans, 3/4 c Caesar chicken salad Snack~ 2 c watermelon Dinner~ ham sandwich (WW sandwich round, 1 slice ham, 1 tbsp spinach dip), 5 oz. greek yogurt Snack~ fiber plus antioxidant cereal bar

    Thanks LilMiss! Congrats on your new house! Saturday- swam laps (probably 20 minutes total of laps) Sunday- Couch to 5K (30 min) Today- not sure yet...will post later Tomorrow, I'm moving on to week 2...wish me luck!

    I forgot to add that yesterday I did 30 min (C25K). Today, I will probably swim some laps later this evening if it's not raining. If it rains, I will make this a rest day (my body is telling me I need one, lol). Tomorrow, I will do C25K again.

    Hey LilMiss! Count me in. I fell off for about a week, but I'm back! Here's my challenge for the month: - Couch to 5K, 3 days a week (usually about 30 minutes each) - 30 minutes of other exercise, 2 days a week (probably either walk, swim laps, or weights- or a combination)

Planters Antioxidant Mix Total Calories- 1203

    It's been a while since I posted, so here it goes. I need the accountability! B'fast~ 5 oz greek yogurt, 1/4 c fresh blueberries, Fiber Plus cereal bar, coffee Snack~ 1 serving garlic parmesan cheez its Lunch~ Salad ( 2c lettuce, banana peppers, black beans, tomatoes, light dressing Snack~ 1 pk instant oatmeal, 1/4 c Planters Antioxidant trail mix Dinner~ 4 oz. baked lean mesquite bbq pork loin, 3/4 c steamed veggies Total calories- 1192

    Leigha, don't worry if you have to repeat. Most people that I know have had to repeat a week at some point. The first time I did the program, I didn't make it through the first 20 minute run. I decided to run as long as I could (12 minutes the first time) and then I added a minute or two each time until I worked my up to the full 5k. I know a couple of people that have done it that way. Something to think about...

    Did C25K this morning, 30 minutes. BCG...how is your recovery going? Hope your bloating goes down soon. I want a breast reduction too, but I'm waiting until I get closer to goal. I definitely need a lift too, lol.

    WTG Leigha! Great job! I've been lazy. My hubby has been on vacation since the Monday before Memorial Day. I have been on "vacation" too, I guess. He went back to work today, so I guess vacation is over. I got up this morning and did C25K. I've decided to stay on week 1 for another week, since I missed last week. Hope everyone is having a great week!

    Hi everyone! I haven't ran in about a week and a half. My husband has been on vacation since the Monday before Memorial Day and I have been lazy. Plus, I got really sunburned and couldn't even wear a bra, lol! We also went to the beach over the weekend and it was great! Anyway, he goes back to work tomorrow and so do I!! Bought my groceries today and going to do C25K tomorrow.

    Thank you mousek! You are doing great! Today I did W1D3 of C25K (about 30 min). Haven't gotten any weights in yet. I will try to get busy on that Monday. I think I'm going to stay W1D3 of C25K for a few more workouts. I'm having to jog outside and it's hot as hades here. Makes it much harder!

    I'm not sure. I know my surgeon only practices at that one hospital... I did W1D3 today and it was rough. I had to do it outside at 1:00 pm, when the sun was beating down. It was soooo hot!!! I actually started seeing floaters when I came inside. Normally I do it much earlier or much later in the day, but I had a lot going on today. I think I will stay on week 1 for another week before moving on.

    The thing is, insurance is covering it's part. But the hospital is charging me for what the insurance doesn't cover. Personally, I think my doctor's office should cover the difference if the hospital can't work it out. What a mess! They called me yesterday and said that the hospital needs more documentation that there is actually a leak....WTH? They've been documenting it for over a year and a half! They say that they need to see more documentation with shorter time periods in between (like every week or two)! Crazy! I have an appointment to have my fluids measured and get a fill next week....guess I'll be having to go to A LOT of appointments for a while....GEEZ! Sorry you are having so much ankle troubles, Suzanne. I hope it gets better soon so you can start running again. Keep us posted!!

    Thanks for the welcome! I totally have an "all or nothing" mentality. I am trying to work on that, but it's hard to change after years and years of being that way. Everyone is doing a great job!!

    Hey guys! I am a little late getting in on this, but here I am. I started the C25K again today! So, here is my goal: C25K- 3 days a week (30 minutes each workout) Weights- 2 days a week That probably doesn't seem like a lot, but I just want to focus on C25K right now. In the past, I have gotten myself worn out, trying to do more than I should. Usually, I end up getting so worn out that I quit altogether. This time I want to get it right!

    Well, I decided not to wait until tomorrow. I just finished W1D1 and I have to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The last interval was a little rough, but not too bad. Although I dread starting all over from the beginning, I'm glad I did! I feel great!!

    Hey Suzanne. I am having a heck of a time trying to get my band replaced. My doctor's office is making me really mad. My insurance has approved to fix it, but they are telling me I need to pay $3,000.00 to the hospital. First, I just don't have the money. Secondly, I don't think I should have to pay any more money to have this fixed. It's not my fault that my band is leaking. The office manager at my doctor's office said she was going to try and figure something out, but I'm not holding my breath! I've gained about half of the weight back that I originally lost (30 lbs from the steroids and 20 from being able to eat anything). I started my diet back a few of weeks ago and I've lost about 7 lbs. I forgot how hard it is to lose weight on my own! I am thinking of starting over the c25k again. I may try and start it tonight or tomorrow... I haven't had to catch up on all the post yet, but I hope everyone is doing okay. I've missed talking to my c25k buddies!!
  25. Brina, girl, this is just for you! I also look in the before and afters when I am having a crappy day, and today is one of those days. I have been doing so good with the food and today I made a lot of wrong food choices. I have learned not to dwell on those days and tomorrow is a new day! I guess I'll start the thread with my pics, I can't wait to see everyone else's pics!! The first picture is me at 330lbs, the second is me at 260lbs. I still have such a long way to go, but I'm confident I can do it.
