    Okay, I'm having a minor problem with my bodybugg and was wondering if anyone else had this happen. Usually when I take my bodybugg off (for like 30 minutes or whatever) then put it back on, later when I upload my calories burned, it usually tells me that I wasn't wearing the bodybugg for X amount of time and ask me if I was inactive or if I burned the same amount as a previous day. Well, it hasn't even been noticing when I'm not wearing it. The box doesn't pop up anymore. Anyone else had this problem?

    OMG It's Hot!!!

    Yes it is! I am going to the beach in a couple of weeks and I just know I'm gonna roast. This is why I don't care for summer. I like the cooler months! Oh, and if I had to exercise in this heat....I think I just wouldn't exercise, LOL!

    LOL, I know! We have a lot in common don't we? You should definitely stick to this. You are doing so well and I'm so glad it's working for you. I went to the grocery store this morning and stocked up on fruits, veggies, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. So far so good today, so we'll see. I'll still be checking in on ya'll from time to time. Ya'll keep up the good work!

    Before....During....Pictures!!!!

    Thank you. I had a mighty hard time finding a before picture. I didn't like my picture being taken and you can tell, lol. You should post your pictures, I would love to see them. Putting the pictures side by side is the only way I can really see a big difference. Thanks again for the sweet compliments!

    Hey there Jaime. I am from south Georgia too (Moultrie). I was banded by Dr. Bagnato in Albany. I was in the same place you are. I can barely scrounge up a before picture. I hope everything works out for you. Keep us updated about your progress and good luck to you.

    WTG Renewed! You are doing great! Okay everyone, here's the deal. I've decided I'm not going to eat meat anymore. It's a long story but if you want to know about it, here is the link to it http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f243/no-more-meat-65382/ Eating low carb has helped me with my cravings tremendously, but I just can't eat the meat anymore and I just wasn't losing weight on it like I have in the past. It is possible I lost inches, but still, I'm not getting the results I want from it. I have been working out and everything....I just don't get it. Anyway, I'll still be popping in from time to time to say hello and check on ya'll. Ya'll keep up the good work...you're doing great!!

    No More Meat!!

    Ewww...I could not eat fish either after seeing that! I just got back from the store and I stocked up on fruits and veggies. I am willing to give the ovo-lacto vegetarian thing a try and see how it works. The thought of meat (especially chicken) is making me shudder...

    When is your port revision surgery? I know you've already said it somewhere but I can't remember. I hope it's not too far from now...I can't imagine having to go on willpower alone for too long.

  20. I voted yes! I know I'll need it, lol! I don't know if a tummy tuck helps. I think I did hear that a LBL helps take care of it. I dunno? I plan on having a LBL, BL, and my arms done. I guess a mons lift too if the LBL doesn't take care of it.

    Leslie I'm guilty too! Night time is the worst for me. I was telling nip50 that I get the major munchies at night. It doesn't help that I am such a night owl. In fact, my DH has a huge bag of cool ranch doritos that have been calling my name. I was telling DH last night that I am going to buy some fruits and veggies to snack on. It does get better with time though. My recent fill doesn't allow me to go as overboard as I used to. I say kudos to you for only eating 5 chips. I don't know that I could stop at 5.
  22. Thanks nip! I am trying to go to bed earlier. My normal bedtime is around 2:00am. Last night I went to bed at 1:00am, so I am gradually trying to go to bed earlier. I am the type of person that can survive on 5 hours of sleep and be fine. I used to have a cup of hot tea, SF hot chocolate, or SF hot apple cider at night. I may give that another try. Thanks for the tips!
  23. Nip, what time do you eat dinner? Night time is when I seem to get the hungriest, so what do you do to get you through the night?

    What if I'm becoming anorexic?

    Can you eat solid foods without PB'ing? If so, why are you having soup 2 times a day? Sounds like you need to be eating more solid foods. Is it possible you are too tight and may need an unfill?

    Oh, no...you didn't confuse me, I'm just not very good with stuff like this. I tell you what, if DH can't help me figure it out I'll give you a call. I'll be going to the Y in a little while so I won't be home for a while. Hopefully he can help me out with it...he's usually good at stuff like this. Thanks!
