    Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

    B'fast~ protein shake Lunch~ went to chinese buffet but wasn't able to eat much at all. Just a couple of bites of a few different foods. Snack~ 6 parmesan garlic triscuits Dinner~ 1/4 c tuna salad, 1 ear corn on the cob

    I tend to do better when I eat a small amount every 2-3 hours. I am probably going to have to start doing that again. I hadn't thought about eating oatmeal before running. I may try that Wednesday.
  4. Great NSV Leslie!! DH had a cousin visit today that lives near Atlanta and she just couldn't believe how much weight I have lost. It was nice to hear it from someone who had not seen me in such a long time.
  5. Thanks Nip! You have lost a lot of weight very consistently, so maybe your body just needs to catch up a bit. I'm sure you will start losing again soon. You've done so well and if anyone can make it to goal, it's YOU!!

    WTG Leslie! That first run was the hardest for me... Well, I did day one of week one again this evening. I am completely pooped. It was a little strange....it felt harder than it did on Saturday. I've been on the go all day today and I don't think I ate enough. I did eat a few triscuits about an hour before my run but I just ran out of fuel today. I did it though! I struggled on the last interval a little but I made it through. Keep up the good work everyone!! Renewed~ You are turning into a running machine!! You go!!
  7. Well, after I lost that measly little one pound, I gained it back. But, all is good because I lost it back, plus 2 more....YAY! I am finally back at my ticker weight.     Great pics Renewed! I can tell you were working hard to cross that finish line, and that's all that counts! I can not for the life of me get the Rocky song out of my head now. I've been humming it since you mentioned it, lol. Be sure to take pictures of the next one too.

    WTG Renewed! You'll be running that 5K before you know it! I'm invisioning you (as I type) running across the finish line in slow motion and hearing the Rocky music, and of course the arms in the air, lol! Too funny! I can't wait until I run my first 5K! Mamato3~ WTG! Good for you! Y'all are giving me hope that I'll one day get there too....

    Hey Brina! I'm so glad you posted...I've been missing your funny posts. It looks like you are going through a lot right now though and I am sorry for that. I hope between your crazy work schedule and health problem, you feel better soon. Keep us posted and don't be a stranger. BTW, loved your post.     Kathy~ Yes, I am going to repeat week one. I think I will probably start tomorrow, and do it 4 times next week, resting a day between each workout. Congrats on the sugar level! I too have had sooo much more energy. My DH probably thinks I'm nuts because I was soooo hyper after my jog yesterday, lol! Well, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight this week! YAY!! I've been going back and forth from 246 to 249 for quite a while. When I started C25K I was 247, and this morning I was 244, so I am back at my ticker weight. I just can't describe how much better I feel. It's wonderful!
