    Whosya~ Wow man, you stay at it! Good for you! Good luck at the 10k!! Kathy~ Sorry you don't have any energy. I've had major problems with feeling drained in the past and it's hard to do anything when you feel that way. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck if you decide to run.

    I just noticed we are the same height and almost weigh the exact same, lol. I too want to break past that 200 lb mark soooo bad. I think I'm going to have to switch up my diet to get past this plateau though. I'm seriously thinking of low carbing again. PS~ I'll kick you if you'll kick me, lol!!

    Thanks! Let me know what your doc says about the diet. I'm thinking of low carbing again starting Monday. Sorry you are so tight and having reflux. Stress mixed with TOM very well could be the reason. Hope it gets better.

    Sounds painful luluc! I'm not a nurse or anything so I don't know what to tell you but I hope it gets better soon. Well, I bit the bullet and did day 1 of week 4 this morning. YAY ME!! I changed the walking time in between jogging to 3 minutes and that really helped. I'll try to decrease that a little each time I run until I get it down to the 1.5 and 2 minute walking. I completed both 3 minute runs and both 5 minute runs. I also slowed my speed down just a little. I have been running at 4.7 and bumped it down to 4.5 and that seemed to help too. YAY, I'm finally off of week 3!! Can you tell I'm excited, lol!!

    Thanks Renewed! That's pretty much the I've been doing it. You're right, it gets hard to control it towards the end. I'm about to go to the gym in just a bit to do my run. I really don't like going in the mornings but I don't have a choice today. DH and I actually have a date tonight. That rarely happens, lol. We'll probably do dinner and a movie.     Hallow-Lean Challenge...

    I am probably one of the very few who does not get email notification about thread replies. There's too many and I hate getting all those emails, so....I don't know how they look on the email notifications but here on the website, there are about 5 that are out to the side. It's going to be tough, but I'll just have to try to overlook it, lol! I'm kinda weird, things that are out of place really bugs the crap out of me, lol!

    Okay, I'm working on trying to get my breathing under better control. It's getting there and A LOT better than when I first started. Do ya'll take short quick breaths while running or deeper longer breaths? I've been taking longer deeper breaths. I was just wondering if one was better than the other...

    Mamato, I'm so glad to hear your DH is doing better. I'll be praying you find another job that provides the medical coverage you need. Hang in there. BTW, that would be great if you start at week 3 with me. I'm sure you will breeze right past me in no time, lol. You were doing so good before your hip injury. I hope it doesn't give you any more problems. Take care.

    Low Carb Banders Unite

    Boy do we think alike, lol! I just PM'ed Renewed earlier today about trying low carb again. Like you, I haven't lost in a while either and I'm sick of it!! I have done low carb in the past and been very successful with it. I stopped a while back because I was sick and tired of meat, lol. Well, I've barely lost anything since then. I've upped my exercise tremendously since doing low carb. I've been running and my only concern is that I won't have enough energy to sustain my runs. Do any of you have problems with your energy level? I'm thinking of doing strictly low carb most of the day, and maybe having a little bit of carbs before my runs. Maybe a bowl of oatmeal or something. Any thoughts?

    I did my run this evening and it was great! I feel soooo good afterwards! BUT, I don't feel like I'll ever get past week 3, lol! 3 minutes is pushing me to the max, I can't imagine 5 minutes and less time to walk in between. I think being out for so long with my knee really set me back. Oh well, I'm just gonna keep repeating week 3 until I feel ready to move on. Kathy~ I'm not sure about your medicine, but I wondered the same thing about my antibiotics. (8 capsules a day!!!) I was really tight while I was on them. I just finished them up yesterday and I feel like I can eat a lot more today.

    LOL. You're probably just going to have to try it. I personally love it, but everyone may not. I don't heat it up either. I like it cold. I love it with chips too, but I'm a sucker for any type of spinach dip...
