    I've seen this in some of the other monthly support group threads and thought we should have one too! I guess I'll start: 1. I've went down 2 sizes on clothes 2. I'm finally starting to see my cheek bones 3. I don't have to struggle when standing up from a chair anymore Oh, I had a new one yesterday. I had to buy a new bra because mine was soooo big on me!

    Hey guys! I haven't been doing a lot of running, but I am staying active. Friday I did Zumba, Saturday I did the ellipitical and weights. Took Sunday off and did the Wii fit yesterday, since the weather was terrible here. I may do the Wii Fit again today, not sure yet... Oh btw, I talked to Leslie2Lose the other day and she wanted me to tell all of you hey.

    Hello my C25K buddies! I've been MIA for a while now. I won't go into too much detail...I've just been having a rough time. I've fallen back into some old habits of snacking all day and I quit exercising too....until today. I got up this morning and hit the gym! I feel sooo much better! I've decided not to just concentrate on running alone since I tend to get burned out easily. I did run today and it went better than I thought. It's been about a month since I last ran and fully expected to last no longer than a few minutes. I did run 1.5 miles straight in about 19 minutes...so not as bad as I thought. I also did 5 minutes on the stairmaster and 12 minutes on the bike. On a funny note, I forgot to stop my nike+ workout and it kept going through my bike ride and stairmaster... I haven't caught up on all the posts yet but I did see where Kathy ran another 5K....Congrats and good for you! I had planned on running one next month, but I don't know if I'll be ready. If I don't post regularly, ya'll have my permission to hunt me down and kick my booty...

    Welcome back Mamato! I'm so glad you are posting again. I haven't been doing so hot myself lately! I've been walking with a couple of friends of mine and I've been encouraging them start the C25K. IF they decide to do it, I will probably do it with them from the beginning. I may run straight runs on the "off" days, so I can train my 5K in May! Anyway, so glad you are back! Keep us posted okay!

    I agree. Ron, Filipe, and Sione need to go! I can't stand any of them. When they were on teams, Ron (for some reason) acted like he got the final say in who goes home. That irritated me. I kinda liked Filipe and Sione at first. I was really turned off by them when Filipe went psycho on Jillian. Grow up dude! As far as the trainers go, they both get on my nerves from time to time....especially Bob! His team does seem cult-ish and creepy. I don't understand why everyone ganged up on Helen. It makes sense that everyone would give Tara pounds, because she is a HUGE threat. But Helen? It was personal for Bob's team. I like Mike, but why in the world did he give his pounds to Helen? Just because his former team did? I mean, it's not like she was a huge threat. I just don't get it! The fact that everyone ganged up on Tara didn't suprise me. I think they should have been a little more sensitive about the way they did it though. They acted very immature about it IMO.

    Hey guys! Thanks for updating everyone Renewed. We had quite a week. My son and I were both pretty sick and a family friend of ours, lost her son. I feel so bad for her. In the past 2 years, she has lost her mother, husband, and now son. She has no one left. Rough week. I am feeling somewhat better. I've also had a rough week with food. Too bad my sickness didn't affect my desire to eat. I tend to turn to food for comfort. I am shaking it off and starting new again today. I'm not up to running yet, so I will pass on this challenge. I will definitely catch the next one. As soon as I feel up to it, I'm gonna hit it hard. I'm thinking of doing another 5K on May 2nd, so I gotta get busy. Everyone is doing soooo great!

    Congratulations Juli! I'm very excited for you! I hear you on the arms. I think my arms bother me more than my tummy. Now with summer coming up, shirt sleeves are getting shorter and shorter. Ughh, I hate it! Once I get closer to goal, my arms and breasts will probably be the first thing I do. Good luck with it! You have done a phenomenal job! I'm sure you will look fantastic!!

    I have a HUGE NSV to share. I went shopping all day Saturday with a friend of mine and for once in my life....I enjoyed trying on clothes! I started my journey in a size 30/32 and I bought a dress that was a size 14!!! I mostly wear 16/18, but I am sooooo stoked that I fit into a 14! It's been soooo long since I have seen that size!

    Hey guys! I had a super busy weekend....stayed gone the whole weekend. I took about a week off of running but I ran today. I think I was getting a bit burned out, so the break was good for me. I haven't caught up on all the threads yet. Congrats Whosya!!! 200 lbs is AWESOME!!!!!

    Welcome Heidi! Today was much better: B- Atkins shake L- 1 oz almonds (slowly...really tight today) S- Atkins shake D- few bites of scrambled eggs. I almost PB'ed so I stopped and drank a protein shake later.

    Carol....I had to repeat many weeks! Don't worry at all about repeating. Move on when you feel you can. As long as you keep going, it doesn't matter. You are doing great!

    Thanks BBB (best band buddy, lol)! Whoooo Hooooo! Size 7 jeans.....that is awesome! I'm so proud of you girlie! LOL on the adult ADD! I am that way too on some things. Usually crafty projects that I start....I end up wanting to start another one before I even finish, lol. As for me, I didn't run again today and not sure I will be able to tomorrow. I've been bad, lol. I will definitely run Friday and hopefully tomorrow. I did manage to start up low carb again today with no problem.

    Ughh, I hate it when they leave us hanging! I agree with ya'll. I don't think Jillian too far either. Laura needed a dose of reality and she got it. Poor Mike....I felt so bad for him! I hope he makes it, but I have my doubts. He already said he felt like his body is just trying to play catch up. Poor fellow. I still love Tara! IMO, she is the biggest threat there! Even as her weight gets lower and lower, she pulls double digits just about every week. She is a machine!

    Yep! The Oikos brand was $1.46 for 5 oz. But since they were the only place in town that had them, I paid it! My town is lacking in the grocery dept. We have walmart, winn dixie, and harvey's....that's it! They're all pretty dinky too if you ask me.

    Baked Spaghetti Fake Out

    I guess I'm on a spaghetti squash kick because I made spaghetti squash again tonight. This is a tasty way to enjoy spaghetti with out the guilt of all those noodles. Ingredients: 1 spaghetti squash 1 tablespoon EVOO Salt & pepper 1 lb. extra lean ground beef (96/4) 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated 3 cups Ragu spaghetti sauce (old world style) Italian seasoning to taste 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Directions: Cut squash in half, lengthwise, and spoon out the seeds. Brush with EVOO and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Lay both pieces, face-down, on a cookie sheet lined with nonstick aluminum foil and bake at 350 for at least an hour, maybe longer. (Bake until skin is very very soft if you want the consistency to be like noodles). Let them cool completely. Meanwhile, brown ground beef, drain and put back in pan. Add garlic and cook for a minute. Then add spaghetti sauce, salt & pepper to taste, and Italian seasoning to taste. Let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Once squash is cooled, rake out the squash into a mixing bowl with a fork. Add sauce mixture and toss well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. I really didn't miss the noodles with this one. It was very tasty. Here's the nutritional information: Serving size is 1/8 of recipe (which is a good size portion) Calories- 117 Fat- 5g Carbs- 7g Protein- 9g

    Ughhh, I ate terrible tonight! I've been doing soooo well with low carb, but I blew it. I actually feel sick to my stomach. I feel so much better when I stick to low carb! Anyway, here's the damage: B- Atkins shake L- 4 pepperoni's and 3/4 c coleslaw S- 1 oz almonds, caramel macchiato from starbucks D- We went to Outback: slice of bread with butter, part of a blooming onion, 3 coconut shrimp, then a big 'ol choc chip cookie later....Ugghh!
