Good morning everyone, I'm three days out of surgery...has not been a easy three days to say the least. After drinking I have been having a kinda of like heart burn feeling, like a ball of pressure, has anyone else had that feeling? If so how did you handle it? Any help motivation would be greatly appreciated.

how do you feel now? Are you feeling better with the gas and all do that?

Hello all! So tomorrow is my big day!!! I've been having so many mixed emotions tho. I'm like happy and excited one minute and then the next nervous and scared. Not really scared about surgery but more so what to truly expect after. I have read lots about what to expect and watch watched people's vlogs, but I'm like every body is different and I wonder how mine will react. And I don't know if this is just me but has anyone thought what it this doesn't work? Have there been cases where it hasn't worked?

Oh wow your four weeks out? Are you on the mushy food phase? I have been on the liquid diet for two weeks before surgery and I have been so emotionally hungry! Thanks for the kind words

My surgery date is July 2nd, and I started my liquid pre op diet yesterday. My office had lunch provided by a vendor so day 1 of this diet all I could smell was yummy BBQ ???? I didn't cheat tho I wanted too. I'm on day 2 but I'm feeling all kinds of hungry. And I hate the broth that my doctors off gave me. Wonder if it would be ok just drink no sodium broth on it's own? Thoughts?
