How soon did you return to work?

I had surgery on a Tuesday and went back to work the following Monday. I also have a desk job.
  2. Dr. Cavazos is my doctor too! Small world! And congratulations to you!!
  3. I actually really enjoy working out. I worked out at least 4 times a week pre surgery. It became addicting to where I "needed" to work out. Whenever I get in a rut though I buy new workout clothes. Sounds cheesy, but they make workout clothes so cute these days that I just can't wait to wear them (while doing physical activity of course). Even buying a new pair of running shoes makes me want to hit the gym.
  4. Can you please add me? I had my surgery on May 27th. Everything is going really good. I'm down 10 lbs. My post op appt is tomorrow. I cannot wait to be released for a bigger variety of food. The post op clear liquid diet has been pretty tough for me

    You look incredible!! Congratulations!
  6. The liquids aren't doing it for me either. My first follow up appt is on Thursday. I should get released for Protein shakes, smoothies and puréed good! I'm also very excited! Thanks for all the comments! It's really helped!
  7. Okay this is good to know. I was beginning to think I had a defective sleeve. I suppose once I am able to actually consume substance the hunger will stop for a period of time. At the moment I am feeling hungry all day
  8. Okay thank you! I was getting worried!
  9. I am only a week out from my surgery today and I feel very hungry. I am still on a clear liquid diet. For the first 5 days I felt absolutely no hunger. But the past two days I'm very hungry. Is this normal?
