I'm still trying to get the hang of this site. I like the personal conversation. Well, I'll be starting my shakes on Wednesday. I don't think it will be too bad. I've be using shakes to loose weight these last few months. I hope all my questions are answered at the class I have to go to onTuesday. I am nervous about the life change after surgery.

I'm glad you're doing better. I went out tonight for a "last meal". It was great but I'm very uncomfortable now. I start the pre op diet Wednesday. Fun Take care and take one day at a time.
