Picking a Surgeon or Clinic in Minnesota

Hello, I am new to this forum. I was wondering if any of you have opinions or resources on how to pick a surgeon or clinic in Minnesota. I know that the Mayo Clinic would be a good place to go to. Any other suggestions? Thanks
