Good morning! I'm having my RNY this morning at 11am. Many emotions but mostly nervous at this point. It's also my birthday! Don't know why this aspect has been bugging me so much! Wish me luck! All of your posts and advice have helped me tremendously. So grateful for this site. XO!

I joined this forum 2 days ago. I have my pre-op physical this coming week. I know very little about the process. But I have received advice from several nice people on this site. I also ordered The BIG Book on the Lap-Band: Everything You Need To Know To Lose Weight and Live Well with the lap band… by Alex Brecher. I think this book will give me a lot of advice for surgery and beyond. Wishing you great results. Have a good weekend!
