How big of a nono is sweet tea? I am completely ok not drinking cokes, but I'm growing sick of water and the flavor packets.... I'm really wanting a cold glass of sweet tea!!!

Yesterday I tried on a size 20 jean... and I am about 10 lbs away from being able to comfortably wear them. I went from a size 26/28 down to almost a 20 in around 2 months!!!! -

I'm a little over 2 months out and I still don't want food. I know I'm supposed to eat 4 times a day but I'm lucky to eat once because I just DON'T WANT FOOD . I don't think I have experienced a hunger feeling since before surg -
Omg these past few weeks have been driving me nuts!!!. I don't want to eat. Things I'm supposed to eat I can't cuz it makes me.sick and I hate the taste. I'm lucky to eat once a day and hold it down. I miss dr pepper and sweet tea. I want bread and I didn't even like bread that much before surgery! I wanna cry. Seriously. I had my sugary may 18th and I'm down 40 lbs. I'm so thankful for the sugery, but hate not feeling "normal"

The mind games after surgery are all most too much for me. I don't want to ear at all. Period. I went from trying to stop myself from eating to now I forces myself to eat. I've lost 37 lbs since my.surgery date 05/18.,but I don't SEE it at all. My clothes are a little more loose, but my mind tells me nothing has changed. I don't like eggs, cottage cheese, or chicken anymore like I did prior to surgery.... I'm a mess

It kinda makes you have buyers remorse to a degree doesn't it? The only thing is my doc wants us off of the shakes at 6 weeks and eating. I just don't see how that's possible. I'm almost a month out and the things that they said I can / should be eating make me feel like crap afterward. On a positive note im,dropping the pounds like crazy ????

Hey guys. Everything has went so smooth after my surgery! I judt got back from vacation, but the past 3 days I have had a horrible cough and now my throat hurts pretty bad. No fever. I did forget to pack my spirometer... could it be pneumonia?

This is so crazy. I hardly even ate bread before surgery, but now I miss it. I miss eating a sandwich lol is that not crazy? I can't imagine trying to eat beead. The thought of it makes my stomach hurt, but the craving is still there. Anyone experience similar?

it a just crazy to me that I want it in the first place! I rarely ate bread but I severely want a ham or turkey sammich

Did/does anyone have a fear of eating post op? I am literally afraid to eat alot of times. They put me on soft foods now and I'm scared to actually do it....

Well I went to my very first pre op appt (1 week). As of today I am down 18 lbs in 8 days!!!!!!! My mouth dropped when I saw those numbers. This girl is on cloud nine right now!!!! I now get in introduce soft foods. Looking for some ideas now????

My sister is overweight like me and she has been a thorn in my dang side. I don't know if it's a jealousy thing or she's just hating on me or what. When I told her I lost 18 lbs in 8 days her response was well if u lose it fast u gain it back fast. Made me wanna punch her in the throat lol. I've learned to just over look her though. Haters gonna hate right? -

I tried and it didn't go so well... it was super dry and not good to me lol I'm scared I'll get sick or I'll eat way too much... -
Most of the day I have felt like I got hit by a bus. I started my pain meds back up. I had gbp on monday... I also am not even getting remotely close to the fluid and protein intake they say I should be. It's almost feeling like a failure all over again....
