Hello All,My before picture was the morning of my youngest sons wedding. It was at the moment I saw that picture that I knew I had to do something about my weight. We were also expecting our first grandchildren, twin girls, and I wanted to make sure that I would be around to see them grow.  I work on the second floor of our building and I was taking the elevator because I couldn't face climbing the stairs..how sad! I went to see Dr. Srikanth in October and had my band done on November 7, 2007. I lost 100 lbs in the first 11 months. I have now lost 107 lbs and have kept it off for over a year. I no longer taket he elevator. I had two initial fills within the first three months and have not had another one since. I feel great. Life is good. The twins are now three and we have so much fun because grandma can do things with them. I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Srikanth and his office staff. They are wonderful and supporting. Saint Francis was the most wonderful hospital to have this done in. The staff there understood the surgery and were very supportive also. I went from a size 26 jeans to a 14. I have to admit that I am not so good about exercising or I could probably loose more. My after picture was on my 50th birthday out camping with our wonderful friends. I would recommend this surgery and Dr. Srikanth 100%.
