    Already mixed I like primer protein. All three flavors are good to me. I like to add decaf instant coffee to vanilla and it's like a coffee shake

    I think I have reached another Plato but I will get through this. Been sick so not much activity. Very close to my 50 lbs since wls I have learned that Vicks DayQuil and nite quill have too much sugar and calories in one serving

    I have lost 40 and not one has noticed or said anything at work. Maybe they just think it's a sensitive question. We have. Treadmill desk at work and I use this during my lunch time. I am not coordinated enough to walk and work on my computer at the same time lol. So people do see me work out

  19. I will be two months out on the 14th. I eat between 200 and 500 calories. Some days I get all my protein some days not. I stay away from all most carbs. I do find if I don't drink all my water after a few days I feel sick. Very easy to get dehydrated. Unjury protein powder love it. I make a protein pudding with sugar free jello and carb master milk from krogers. Add protein powder to decaf coffee and I have myself a morning mocha

    I don't get on here enough but I appreciate all the chatter in this room. I am allowed 600 calories a day. But not allowed any carbs. Would love some cream of wheat. Not allowed beef or pork until I reach goal. Also no fresh or frozen vegetables til I am 3 months out. Doing great down 40 lbs since preop 10/4
