Ok here is me before my lapband upper left corner the next one in the upper right corner is after 100 pounds down on the lap band before it failed The bottom left is after june 30 2014 gastric sleeve . And the right lower is me aug 7 2014

I told my dr what was working for me and what was not . I just got tired of things not working and found what did . I started off by taking tums and Pepcid that did nothing then I was taking other anti acids plus Pepcid nothing then found nexium and Pepcid did the trick for me but still had the hunger pain feeling and tried the chewable Pepcid complete . No acid feeling then I asked for the script for nexium but of Couree the insurance does not pay for it so he gave me a dif script and it works with the Pepcid .

Hi there I am may 30 2014 sleeved . I was having a bad acid problem tried many brands my dr prescribes Pepcid it was not working by it's self . So I finely bought nexium well took both 2 times a day still had acid hunger pains tell I started adding a chewable Pepcid complete now I feel full all day it seems and I also seem to have no desire to eat .the acid prob seem to be there every so often but it is no where it was . Now the dr got me a prescription for ompozile or something for 2 times a day plus the Pepcid .

Here I am some before and after I am 60 plus days out lost 51 plus pounds so from from dr suh . No compaction as of yet feel good .

They are I just chose to go a month . Like right now I am choosing to do a 2 month of soft food plan . I can go to the new diet of crab shrimp and chicken but I want to see how I do for another month

The dr suh first name David is a he . He is in Murrieta on hot springs every Tuesday in the big medical building that say try valley urology he shares a office with plastic surgeons . I did my surgery at the Loma Linda medical center in Murrieta .

I been doing everything in my own it sucks but I am use to it . Been like that for years .

I like dr suh in Murrieta and corona that's who I had and is great so far

I chose to do liquids for a month now I am clear for the third stage choosing to stay on soft foods for one month maybe

My one feel tired around the eyes and front of the Brain. ? My body does not feel tired but my brain and eyes do if that make since . I feel foggy brained some time but when I get a b12 shot and the other b shots it seems to go away a little . I am a low testosterone and have not got any shots for about 4 months and think that will clear up the fuzzy brain feeling I hope . Any other idea

I know you are . I just get a b12 once every 2 weeks and it seem to drain after a couple days . Think I will try the b12 sub daily but when I use to take them they did not seem to work as good as the shots . Think also try the testosterone soon to see if that helps .

I found b12 shots seem to work better I am going to see if I can get 2 b12 shots

Why would we choose to eat the crap that got us to where we had to get the surgery. ? Yes are Timmy's are smaller but it's the stuff that makes us fat . Yes this surgery helps us lose the weight but if we chose to go back to eating the stuff that got is to the weight we are destiny to gain it all back

I have up sodas in 97 omg it was tuff took 6 months for the craving to stop now I don't think about at all . Sugar is the tuff one I treat cravings like drug with drawls but if you fight it and force change of food choice I think we can over come it but if we give in to taste it we will walk down the road of self destruction . That's why I like the sleeve I am hoping it will help in eliminating the sugar .
