Yup one 10 once bottle of it I got cherry mind you I just had my sleeve done Friday .. I recommend cherry .. It's also kinda carbonated I was not expecting that .. -
Add kale to your shakes plus peanut butter and some blue berries just a suggestion

I did I did not get the effects like every one else is talking about maybe if I took two of them . But I did get a little bit thought it would of been worse but it was not. .. It was like one min I was in the bath room and two hrs later nothing then back in the bath room -

Hi I lost 100 pounds on the band .but now I am at350 Can any one tell me how there cravings are after the operation ? I am eager to see the results how soon could you get in to a work out routine ? -

I followed mine but did not lose any weight gained7 pounds but they still did it .. I was asking to see if people who sugar food before the surgery still craved after or if the ones who followed it have no cravings of surgar .. I am about 5 days out of surgey and just want to drink broth hoping by next week will be on yogurt and protien mix -

I has the band in me 2011 was the first time I had it and I lost 100 pounds in 3 months but I think it had to do with more from contracting h pilorie how ever it spelled .. It Bent my stomach they removed it then they put it back in 8 months later and no weight loss but it stated to slip again . 2013 went to a new dr due to insurance change and dr suh said it was slipping I asked for the sleeve .. Jun 1 2014 I revised to the sleeve .. Still soar . Only. 4 days out still only drinking broth .. Not on pain meds either . I my self am excited about the new life style . So far no complications either .

Well I am 5 days out of surgery : ) all I want to do is sleep .. And no pain meds needed .. I have a dull ache but that's about it ..I had my first bowl movement .. Thought I was a baby again never been so excited for one lmao .. I seem to drink water ok and broth I have no desirer to eat anything nor does my dr want me to eat any thing -

Lol as I get in the prep area I am getting nervous .. I at a good hospital and have a good dr David suh at Loma Linda Murrieta .. I been reading the blogs more and that got me a little scared

I am in the waiting room right now just waiting to be called for my 930 am surgery .. Getting excited .. Hoping I can lose the hunger feelings -
I am pretty nervous not about the surgery but complications happing like leaks or any thing else But that's my only worry

Hello today is the big day . I am getting a revision from the lap band to the sleeve , I go in at 9:30 am . I had the band put in twice the first time I contracted h pilorie or what ever it was which caused a lot of vomiting and acid . Which Inturn caused the band to bend the stomach. So they took it out but before they did I lost a 100 pounds I was 430 when I had the band drop to 330 . Then they put it in again but just maintained it . But then I started having problems , they now are saying it is bending the stomach and some of the fluid is missing .so now today I will get the sleeve I gained 20 pounds unfortunately .so I am up to 350 ..looking forward for the new lifestyle and hopefully no more constant hunger pains that never seem to get satisfied

Thank you .. I was told to get on the elliptical ASAP after surgery can not lift more then 10 pounds Any problems after surgey? What is the weight los avg
