I can eat two string cheeses no prop I can it a table spoon or two cottage np a vanilla yogurt cup np some times I can eat them all to gather but a can of tuna I get full on for a few hours .. And don't feel good after eating it some times but cheese I can two snack snooze every two hrs np and still be hungry or apple sauce cup . Still be hungry grr

I just do cardio right now up to a hr on the elliptical . I started a week out of surgery . I felt like I was going to die when I guested started I was sleeved may 30 of 2014 Just start slow movement is movement and it will help clear your body from all the antiastesa and pain meds .. I think -

That happend to me . I ate to much one day felt like that and on top of it I was on my diabetes meds I don't take the meds and stopped eating to much in one setting and it went away . Plus it could of been the fact I was still coming down from the surgery . But if it don't stop call your dr -

Try ISO pure green apple they make fruit like drink that has 40 grams after the gym I drink that and zero cal power aid and then 3 20 oz arrow head water . And snack string cheese or a small sharp cheddar cheese

I have noticed with my revision from the band to sleeve some things get stuck where the band use to be . Well at least that is how it feels going to talk to my surgeon about that .. -

Yes ok noticed there is no standard diet for any of is sleevers I wonder if they are testing groups and area to see what is the best diet -
I found if I drink purified water it seems to aggravate it but if I do not take nexium and Prilosec it's bad .. If I take the two and drink purified water I start to get a lite heartburn feeling .. Dr seems to think it should go away when I start having normal bm I don't know it will hope it does just had surgery may 30

May 30 first 2 weeks on broth and cream soups and surger fee Popsicles was not hungry . Last 3 days hungry it does not stop .. Sad I thought it would stay away .. Went from 357 to 328 in a couple weeks and now just sitting and my cal count is 500-650 a day should be dropping pounds like crazy I would think and I do about a hr on the elliptical -
