So I had Gastric Sleeve on May 12, I'm 88 pounds lighter and feeling great. Yet when I turn sometimes I feel this light popping sensation in my left side. It's not painful or anything it's the same feeling as if you were popping your knuckle almost. Any body else feel this?

I'm almost 4 months out from WL surgery and I myself have been getting a lot of dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea.....definitely calling the doctor on Tuesday.

I signed up yesterday to see the trainer on Monday and to start a more intense regimen that'll give me the results I want. Thank you all for your wonderful advice, y'all are awesome!

I'm 7 weeks post op VSG, I have been attending Planet Fitness for the last 3 weeks and I'm needing some routine advice. I would like to know what you think is the best machinery or workout to tighten skin that will begin to loosen as I lose weight. Or if you know of any websites that will lead me to get the best results for my effort. I currently weigh 358lbs at my 6 week checkup, and I started this journey at 413lbs.

Mine came 4 days post op, I wasn't especially happy since dealing with healing, liquid diet, etc etc. It was just one more thing to deal with. But ahh, I think it happened to most of us.

I've realized that if I take too big of a swallow of water (yes I said water), that it gets stuck and up it comes. So I'm still sipping and drinking smaller swallows. On the food topic though.....scrambled eggs do it to me every time, so after 2 times.....I won't eat them anymore.

My doctor told me that we have to get 40-60 grams of protein a day. I also had a constant hungry feeling but I reevaluated my eating plan and I realized I wasn't getting enough protein. Since I've been eating my allotted protein amount, my hunger pains have gone away and now I have to force myself to eat. And it makes me feel better about what my intake is, that I'm not eating the wrong things.

I'm at the end of my 4 week post op and my scale has literally been frozen the past 2 weeks, am I doing something wrong? I'm drinking water and my isopure protein drinks, I barely eat anything cause I'm never hungry. I lost 26 pounds within the first 2 weeks after surgery and now I feel broken. Please help me get back on track.

I'm just curious on what should be the average weight lost on a weekly or monthly basis? I work retail and am on my feet walking all day for 8 hours, then I walk a mile every night after work. My weight at surgery was 397 and I've lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks so I'm down to 373. Should I be losing more or is this too much too fast?

Thank you so much for replying to my post. I have since went with very moist foods and my pureed foods and it's going down easier. I still get the pressure in my abdomen but it's not as bad, time will tell. Again, thank you so much.

I had my surgery on May 12, 2014 and this past Monday marked me beginning my 3rd week and introducing mushy/soft foods. Tonight for dinner I had a 2oz piece of baked cod fish and when I took 2 small bites it feels like it's stuck in my throat. Mind you, this happens with anything that's not a liquid. Eggs, smashed sweet potato, smashed veggies. I had the gastric sleeve along with the hiatal hernia repair and my gallbladder removed. Will this pass or should I be concerned?
