I was sleeved on feb 20 sw 265 day of surgery 258. I am now 223 lbs. just started going to gym. I take a prenatal everyday and b12. But last three weeks these past three days being the worest loss of hair is bad. I see my dietary lady tomorrow. I'm doing 60 G protein and 64 to 70 oz water a day freak if out at this point l will let u know what she says. Or all ideas will help
