Hubby had his surgery on 6/10/14 and as of today, he is down 81#! He is doing great with everything. He feels 100x better already. Almost halfway to his goal. I have never been prouder of anyone or anything in my life!

He has never done this either. Even at his largest, our sex life was still great. I'll look into the diet, he is at work most of the time, but I will bring it up to him. Thanks.

He has no pain, no lethargy. He's lost 60#. He feels much better, but he said he just hasn't felt like having sex. I don't initiate it, but there has been a few times we have talked about it. He just says he hasn't wanted sex at all.

Then hop in there and help me out! No one else did except her!

My husband is 9 weeks out of surgery, and he has zero sex drive. Anyone else dealt with that? I know this is the guys room, but it is a guys question?

Hubby was feeling like he wasn't losing at all. He weighed today and he has lost 56# since may 31!! That's one of our kids! Lol. He's doing great. No problems. Check up with doc tomorrow!

He hubby is two weeks and two days from surgery. He has lost 40.9 lbs since may 31. That is including the pre op weight loss. He is feeling amazing. Mowed the lawn yesterday. Has no more back pain! I am so damn proud of him!!

Dr felix also said 30 min before and after. Said it makes the food mushy in the stomach and makes it pass on through.

How much is too much?? He just drank 12 oz in 15 min without thinking about it. We are sitting at the ballfield and I feel like it's too much. He said he doesn't hurt or anything! Is it too much?

Hubby's doctor office sales sunkist protein shots. 24 grams of protein in 2.9 oz. Has anyone tried them? I bought some for him today but he hasn't tried. He managed to drink a protein shake and a couple bottles of water, so this wifey isn't complaining!!!! But I really wanna know how the sunkist is!

Thank you both. He is trying to drink more water. Almost finished off his bottle he's had since yesterday. It's the aches in the shoulder and elbow that's killing him right now. But he feels a lot better already!

Hi all!!! Hubby had his surgery on Tuesday. Everything went well. His gallbladder has to come out in 6 months. The doctor couldn't get to it during surgery. We came home yesterday. The trip home was a little rough on him. The bumps hurt a bit. But he slept good last night. He's moving around good this morning. He took a shower and pulled off bandages this morning. He has only had 10 oz of water since we left hospital at 2:00 yesterday. Overall, he is doing amazing. He lost 24# during 10 days pre op. He's lost another 3# during surgery. I am so damn proud of him.
