Hi,
I'm new here and have some questions. Was banded in Jan, lost 60 lbs and had only one fill. Things usually go great but occasionally I will mess up with not chewing well enough and about 30 minutes after I eat my back will start aching and I know it means I'm too full. I don't vomit or spit up like I use to at the beginning and I can sip water so I think something must just be stuck. The pain can last for hours - stomach and back pain sometimes even into the next day. I try drinking slow sips of warm water and that helps. It's definately different than before when I knew when the last bit:help:e should be or I'd spit up. What's this mean?
