Following through and trying to reach the end of this challenge with hopes of obtaining one of my goals - either the 100 miles or being at 200lbs! I much prefer to be at 200lbs. I don't know if I am going to make it to 200lbs by 10/1/14. So, it is Wednesday and my body is playing again. it knows how badly I want to see under 200lbs but yet its chilling again. it was moving along all weekend and now it has decided to relax and go on vacation. I hope this weekend is like last weekend and I see something big on the scale - like a 4lb drop!

This week I am pretty happy with my results. I think I need to focus on getting all of my workouts in and stop eating the sugar free treats. I have been dealing with some emotional baggage this week and I noticed or am noticing I am resulting back to my old habits but now in the form of sugar free treats. If it helps @@finediva my scale tense to go up before it goes down sometimes. And when that happens I loss big. Good luck and stay the course.

So for the last two weeks I have been complaining about the scale not moving really. But I must say over the weekend the scale moved in a major way. When I clocked in Friday to report the miles I walked. I recorded my weight at 213 but today I am happy to say my weight dropped to 209 over the weekend. That is a 4lb drop!!!!!!!!! Nine more lbs to go to reach my first goal of 200.

From my understanding it does happen. For me so far so good. I am 5 months out and nothing major.

@@transformation14 it is normal to struggle to get liquids, protein or anything in the beginning. My only suggestions are to get a camelback and continue to sip. It will get better day-by-day.

4.5lbs - screaming get it girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your schedule is similar to mine. My day Monday - Friday starts at 6am and most days end with me arriving home at 10pm. I am not making excuses at all. I plan to continue on the course. The CCO of my company has recognized my weight loss and now her and I daily are going out walking 30-40 minutes... really helping me stay on track with my miles. In addition to my walks, I am still working with my trainer and at the gym. I shall not continue to be fat....

My weight is not really moving. For some reason I am retaining water. Staying the course and following the program. I know it will come off! I had a friend that experienced this. Once she got to soft foods she felt better. Stick in there... It gets better!

@@Kissifur, actually my doctor wants us to stay between 800-1000 calories and increase to 1200 once we reached our goal weight. In addition, I have researched and a number other sites recommend that as well. Besides, I don't think I can get anymore food in my body:)

So, my fear has come true with weight training and training with a trainer in general. As you can see as of this morning, I have gained 1lb. All week my weight hasn't moved and now a gain of a 1lb. I don't know about you all but I don't like seeing my weight go up for anything. I am now reconsidering working with my trainer and going back to my cardio. This week I have worked hard. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - I have worked out - first break yesterday. And not just working out to say I did but putting it all on the table workouts. I can also say the more aggressively I worked out the hunger I became. But my food intake has not exceeded 800 calories so I am not eating enough food to gain a lb. I will continue the course and follow the program but I may reconsider the trainer thing. Hi All, So today is another day with no loss. I have also recognized that sometimes I am grazing. I am still not in taking a lot of calories but I do believe I am eating more and can eat more. I am still trying to stay in the 800 calories range until I reach my goal weight. So, my activities since the 16th (the last day I noticed a loss ---.2) 16th - Stairmaster 25mins & Treadmill 40mins. 17th - Walked across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge 1hr/45mins 18th - PreCor 50mins (like the elliptical) 19th - Strength training with trainer 1hr 20th - Office Field Day for Fundraiser (tug-a-war, race and warm up exercises) 21st - Trainer again today I think my body needs a break.

I have been working out hard but it's been 4 days since the scale moved. When it did move it was only .2. I think my muscles are swollen and I need to give them a rest. Or do I keep going with the hope in knowing I'm following the program and the weight will eventually come off? One positive I'm losing inches. I really want to reach 200 before October 1.

Don't stress over it! Stress adds weight. Relax and go in knowing you've done your absolute best with your food intake and your workout. As for the doctor's scales, they are pure evil. My doctor's scale reads 5lbs bigger than my scale. So, my next visit I want my scale to read 195 so his scale will read 200! lol

Hi All, I am just reporting in for this week. This week was a hard week for me. I was going through this craving spell where I wanted things not good for me (my old emotional habits). I purchased these 100 calorie Lorne Doone.Even thought, I did go to the gym 4 times including this afternoon. I had great sessions with my trainer.
