You don't need to apologize, this was you humble view, period! As i came to discover the kind of person who is omar, i won't be suprised that he uses multiple fake profiles to promote his business and manipulate people, which is very easy to do in such forum, so actually i also suspect that this matter, mine that is coming and others have made him raise the alert to his fans and and fake profiles.

I'm still trying to reach dr Illan about it, I need some explanations from him before i make my full testimony, he has to answer my doctor's questions, then i will definitly know if they conived together with Omar or not

Those who had there surgery done in july: how was it?? mine is coming up on the 22nd (1 weeeeeekk) and i'm soooooo.....i don't know, excited? anxious? nervous? i don't know, I'm wondering if i will make it, i mean if i will make the deal of loosing weight+not hurting myself+staying healthy+maintaining the lose....

Those who are > bmi 40 with good insurance and paying almost $0...should just let people with bmi< 35 keep on struggling to save their health before it becomes morbid and that are ready to pay $5000-$10,000 for it. @OGmom3122 "i would never got over seas", no problem, you can say so since you have possibility to stay home and have the surgery done. but if you were suffering with no possibility to be rescued/helped, won't you think about going elsewhere? or should we all (bmi<35) just eat like madness and put on weight in order to get a surgery done in USA/Europe???

@jjinWA actually, for such surgery, the doctor can make 5 or 6 patient a day, it is no a big deal at all, I'm a nurse, and i know that surgeons don't do surgery everyday, maybe 2 or 3 days in a week , so they gater patients, other days are for consultation,training, conference, teaching etc....

Are you coming with a companion? Countdown begins for both of you. Mine was done here in the states on the 17th of June, so I am already on the other side of my new life. You both have nothing to worry about. It will all go well! I thought we were more than that because i've already met like 3 other persons on the facebook group that are booked for 22nd july (unless you're there too), it is good we can follow each other on this long way to our new lives!

don't mind people! the ones that love you will never discourage you from trying to get your health back. they may be afraid that you'll become prettier than them, or they will be ashamed that they were looking at you like something and not like somebody, they will be scared to see you becoming selfconfident, they don't even try to understand, you are just ennoying them with your so called weight problems, as you don't complain so much about the pains, it means that it doesn't exist....also they will make you feel like surgery doesn't diserve any glory, loosing weight with such tool is just like cheating, as if going under general anesthesy and major surgery was a playing game! they can be good friends, but when it reaches such a serious matter, forget about what they think, everybody has energy to face his problem, for yours they will use empty mouth and useless words to treat it. Don't mind anybody and take good care of yourself, I'm going to have my surgery on 22nd next month , i am bmi 32, all my body is pain, i did not tell anybody except my husband and friends that i know they will encourage me, and they did !

let him becareful, this diet and its effect will not last, it is a pre-op diet, as soosn as he goes back to normal food, he gain back and maybe plus ! Th positive point is that i can see now how loosing few weight will benefit him...

"I would go back and get more info about having the lap band removed earlier. If it was..Then what else did he lie about....." that's the point,

@@Annsue, you're right, the informations and procedure have to be clearly written down before you lye down... when was the endoscopy done? the same day of surgery?

so, as I said earlier (in the wrong thread), every one has to do a scanner before going under surgery, so that you won't be wondering if this hernia really existed or was an alibi to charge you more, it is not normal to be asked to sign a cheque when you just got surgery and while anesthesy is not totally cleared from your blood, you can drop it with you consent before surgery as you know that yes, you have an hernia....

I'm very upset, i called the number displayed on http://specializedbariatrics.com/, i spoke with the lady cindy and she was nice, i asked about dr alejandro lopez or his wife or dr ramirez, and scheddled a date with dr Lopez, after taking an hour to fill and submit the questionnaire, i got a message from cindy, congratulating me that my surgery has been approved by dr ....Valenzuela !!?? And that she has booked me on 21th with this doctor, that she is the best, that she's even the one sleeved her(cindy) and her daugther etc...SO WAS SHE TRYING TO FORCE ME INTO ANOTHER PERSON'S HAND?? i hate being taken as a fool I'm very sorry for the dr Valenzuela, Lopez and all, but their coordinators are just behaving like scamm , since my english is low, someone beleived he can make me swallow nakes!! With the same price I' beleive the margin is better with Valenzuela. I don't doubt on dr Valenzuela's capacities, but she is not the one i choosed after 3 months of research, how can i change my mind within 5 sec?? also, healthcare is about confidence, trust and being confortable with the specialist you've chosen, i know what i'm saying, i'm a nurse and if their is no confidence, the work is half done. I finaly booked with dr Lopez or Osuna (his wife) in Tijuana, on july 21st... The girl at the call center was nice to me, she said i will be at Mariott hotel,... I'm paying $4,500 Now I have to follow the procedure, I'm quite exited now.... (NB: this booking was further cancelled, and i switched to dr Illan fraijo)

Hello everybody, I'm french, and i'm going to travel all my way to Tijuana for my sleeve also, i just have the issue of "how to get there?" I mean Tijuana, Should i land in Los Angeles then take a bus or train or is there any direct flight? I still don't know my date as i've not even chosen the surgeon yet, hope they won't be overbooked, i only have july and august free. Thanks !
