m 1 week post op and advanced to stage 2 (full liquids) I m not sure how do I get my protien intake ... I tried premier protien from Costco but would only drink half of the shake in one day n that's just 15 gms protein -

hi there ... I too had my sleeve done on 29 July .... n I feel horrible , frustrated . i am taking jello water vegetable broth and protien shakes .... but I feel unsatisfied .... I think it's the head hunger .... I crave to all different kinds of food .... and I have guest at home ... and they makes such delicious food... makes me sad ... I hope it ends soon . -
I am trying to lose weight to get surgery date ASAP ... I was 219 and I thought I would be 214 by now .. but I m just 218 ... and I have been doin eveythjng that I can do ... lots of protien ... 1200 calorie diet ... walking ... and in 2 weeks it's just 1 lbs lost ... I feel so low ... and feel like eating all the unhealthy stuff I have at home

I am a mom of 2 toddlers ... and i have 2 months off from my work starting 12 June ... and I wanna get scheduled for my surgery ASAP ... any suggestions how do I lose weight quickly ???

to my understanding I feel people do this surgery to lose weight and correct other medical conditions like daibities or blood pressure etc etc.... but the only reason I wanna do this surgery is to lose weight ... I don't have any kinda medical condition I weight 219 lbs currently ... and have been overweight since my childhood ... is it really worth doin this surgery if u don't have any medical conditions ???? -
I have been researching abt this surgery since 6 months now .... I have been overweight all my life ... and gained even more after my 2 kids ...and I tried so many things but put back on when I start eating regular foods ...and I see this surgery as an opportunity to lose weight ... to become fit and have lots of energy to play with my kids ... take them to parks ... go on rides etc etc

Sorry abt that ... I don't have surgery date yet but they say ... once I lose 10 lbs ... they will schedule me for surgery ... depending on available surgery dates with my doc

I wanna have this surgery and I met with the surgeon and he told me to lose 20 lbs ... I have lost 10 so far ... and I m stuck there ... I try to eat protein bar and fage yogurt ... I m a vegetarian by birth ... i really wanna lose weight before 12 June ... bcoz I m on vacation for 2 months after that before I get back to work... how long does it take for me to get scheduled for surgery after i lose 20 lbs???
