I had surgery on the 17th too. Week long plateau. Very frustrating. I've lost 20 pounds post op and my bmi is now 32. -
For those with BMI 36 or lower, how much did you lose your first month pre-op

I had surgery on 6/17. I have lost 17 pounds since surgery and 40 total. My BMI on the day of surgery was 35, and for about one week I have been in a stall. It's very frustrating, especially because I am sitting one pound away from onderland. Ugh. -

Hi! Congrats on the weight loss. It may be the refried beans in part. My surgeon doesn't allow starches, including potatoes and refried beans until 6 months out. Are the beans fat free? -

I had surgery one week ago today. A little pulling on the main incision, but otherwise I feel great. Hold on, the first couple of days are hard, but it gets better. Walk and sip. -

Hi there. Sleeved on the 17th. Down 8 pounds from surgery. Having some difficulty getting in liquids and proteins. Every protein drink u try is disgusting to me. Emotional and tired. I am hopeful that as I progress through this journey, I start to feel better. -
I am from the area. Surgery is set for June 17 in Fort Wayne with Dr. Sloan. Having the sleeve done. I also have a membership to the Y.
