hello glads strange my post is crossing out? I must of pushed a button..... so I made my personal goal on Saturday 4/14 120.8lbs next day 119.4lbs!!! so have been between 119lbs to 121lbs and normal bmi for my height 4 feet 11 inches I eat about 1000-1200 cals a day walk a lot will start toning next couple weeks but feel great I wear size pants 5/6 small tops 61/2 shoe size also I think that to be accountable is to either post your menu or fitness pal all meals snacks or just think before putting anything thing in your mouth is this worth the calories! I also wear a fitness tracker and a apple watch with alerts to have me stand walk etc I have sedentary job but I always walk abiout 3miles a day with commuting to the bus whatever it takes!! so do not give up we have come so far and will always be fighters~~XOXO Monique

hello glads, it has been a long time but I have been trying to keep up on your posts but I have to admit it has been a month since I checked in the posts back than were far and few!! Life happens we are all busy. I have been doing well down to 123.6lbs my personal goal is 120lbs!!! so about 3 away than on to maintenance..... I'm wearing size 6 pants/jeans and small to medium tops my shoe size from size 7 to 6- 61/2 so much has changed!!!! I'm eating about 800-1000 cals a day still losing but much slower pace but no worries here!! I now live in Seattle, WA from Phoenix, AZ I work at a hospital/Medical Center in the Cardiology Dept most of my coworkers are surprised that I had GB they thought I was this thin my whole life!! LOL!! it seems we are all doing fairly well even though the holidays caused some turmoil but you all seem to bounce back!! well just wanted to check in and update you all XOXO

Gladiators we are all looking amazing!! stats are also wonderful I have been busy just moved back to WA couple months ago life is great!!! My official goal weight is 120lbs 17 more to go! Read posts often keep up the good work!

Wednesday meal plan B- Premier Protein shake chocolate blended PB2 11 oz S- granola bar chocolate chip low sugar 100 cal L- 2tblsp spicy hummus 14 special k sea salt crisps S- carbmaster blackberry yogurt with 1tsp PB2 D- 1/4 Fish filet with cheese melted dab of tarter S- none 16 weeks after RNY GBS I have surgery scheduled tomorrow for the Essure sterilization off from work till Monday!!!!

Yield: about 17 mini muffins chocolate Chip Banana Peanut Butter sugar free mini muffins flourless Prep Time: 2 minutes Cook Time: 8 to 9 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 medium ripe banana, peeled 1 large egg heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I recommend using classic storebought peanut butter, and not natural or homemade) 3 tablespoons honey (agave or maple syrup may be substituted) i used sugar free maple syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda pinch salt, optional and to taste heaping 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips i used sugar free hersheys mini chocolate chips Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare mini muffin pans by spraying very well with floured cooking spray, or grease and flour the pans; set aside. If keeping gluten-free for health reasons, simply use cooking spray or grease the pan. 2.To the canister of a blender, add first 7 ingredients, through optional salt, and blend on high speed until smoothy and creamy, about 1 minute. 3.Add chocolate chips and stir in by hand; don't use the blender because it will pulverize them. 4.Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop that's been sprayed with cooking spray (helps batter slide off spoon or scoop easily), form rounded 1 tablespoon mounds and place mounds into prepared pans. Each cavity should be filled to a solid 3/4 full. 5.Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, or until the tops are set, domed, springy to the touch, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, or with a few moist crumbs, but no batter. Due to their small size and oven variance, make sure to watch your muffins closely, and bake until done. Allow muffins to cool in pans for about 10 minutes, or until they've firmed up and are cool enough to handle. Muffins are best fresh, but will keep airtight at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 4 months. Enjoy!!!!

OMG I made blender flourless sugar free banana chocolate chip peanut butter mini muffins!!!! I ate 1 and completely satisfied!!!
