Right so I get it now Protein first! Stop when felling full I feel like I'm ALWAYS hungry!?! I'm 5weeks post op Maybe I'm confusing this hunger type pain with something else? My period is due in a few days Maybe it will go away after I get my period ? When I of for something to eat it is always Either yogurt, cottage cheese, or cheese cubes Or a protein shake but man I swear I always have this hungry feeling in my lower belly? I'm not happy about it to say the least

I'm gonna order some sounds awesome What is the skim plus you mentioned Milk powder?

I'm five weeks out and my lower stomach just always feels empty My upper stomach feels full But it's the lower portion The regular intact part that is probably saying Hey what the heck is going on here?
