I am 1 week out tomorrow from surgery. The past two days I have been having muscle spasms mainly in my legs. It is a quick jolt--almost like a wave and then nothing. Anyone know what I mean or how to make it stop?

Hi all, I had my gastric sleeve on Tuesday and have still not had a BM. Is this normal? When should I get concerned? -
I had the sleeve on June 3rd. It says you can have black coffee. Since I am able to add milk to a shake can I add it to the coffee. Also I can use Splenda as a sweetener. What do you all think?
