i just began my WLJ. I have been to the siminar, my first surgeon visit and i have my psych eval scheduled. I am seeing my practitioner to get my diet plan started. I have bc/bs and have to do a 7 month supervised diet, does anyone know if there is a set amount of weight to loose? also for those who have been through the psych eval what can i expect? im really just wanting any information that you all can give me. thanks so much - Tinabug -
