Starting weight 208 Scared I will lose to much?~

I am 43 , 5'7" and 'm currently 208. I'm all over the map with emotions.. which I know is to be expected. On one end I'm concerned I will lose to much weight and on the other end.. that I won't lose much at all. Anyone on here... that started out around this weight that can share their story with me???
