Being a caregiver is so hard. I know because my brother has metatastic esophageal cancer and he is staying with me. Plus you lost her and for that I'm very sorry. You have been through a lot of stress and pain. Now its time to take care of yourself! Congratulations on your decision and welcome ! -

Congratulations bullwookie!!! Feels awesome I'm sure! You go girl! Lisa I had major doubt's also. I thought, how in the world can a person live that way! I've learned that we consume way more calories in a day than we realize. I have more energy now than I've had it a very long time! High protein, low sugar, and good food choices really makes a difference.

I've had no problems with reflux since my surgery. I already have more energy than I've had in a very long time. -
Have positive thoughts!!! I'm sure it will work out..I was in doubt until I got the phone call. Was thinking it was too good to be true! Got my approval back in 5 days!! Good luck to you and keep us posted!

I also use powdered peanut butter. Mix it with chocolate protein powder and unsweetened chocolate almond milk. Delicious. -

Gasx or phasyme...the gas pains can be bad. Heat pad if the gas causes pain in your left shoulder, extra pillows,ice pack for your incisions, water, sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello,and broth. I slept on my sofa. Also wore a band around my belly. Hope this helps and congratulation!!!!!! -
